Been there, done that. Nobody cares but desperate Democrats. Voters care about the issues- especially the economy, immigration, and inflation.  Not the president's cholesterol.

You stole that fatuous attempt at deflection from Mike Johnson.
He liked it so much he used it twice in the same interview,

Glad to see you are taking the time to enjoy the Speaker's skills in dealing with the biased legacy media!

Yes, I admit to following the Biden/Harris technique of plagiarising those I want to.

I prefer to see it as a 'tribute'. If it is good enough for the Speaker, it is good enough for the plebs here.

No surprise when the majority of trump's claims are false / misleading. US would deeply regret voting in a pathological liar as President.

After dispatching with Trump's claims about John Deere, Dale went on to document more than a dozen additional false claims made by Trump this week during his interview at the Economic Club of Chicago that was conducted by John Micklethwait, editor-in-chief of Bloomberg News.

Trump got a standing ovation following the interview.  I would hardly call that “crumbling.”  And he was right, the guy from Bloomberg is wrong about everything.

Your evidentiary standards are worthy of Trump. Got any data to share with us about the composition of the audience? And thanks for sharing a Trumpian standard all-purpose insult instead of actual evidence to support your claim about the "guy from Bloomberg." Got any actual facts to share with us. Or just more truthiness?

To be fair, @frank83628 gets nailed on a regular basis.😁

Here's more on the interview - it's a complete s*** show.

Trump Lashes Out at Live Fact-Checks During Disaster of an Interview

'Bloomberg’s top editor, John Micklethwait, pressed Trump on issues ranging from immigration, proposed tariffs, the dissolution of some of America’s biggest corporations, foreign policy with regard to Taiwan, and ultimately to the country’s fate post–Election Day. But Trump, seemingly, wasn’t prepared with answers.

The former president elicited groans from the crowd while dodging questions about his proposed foreign tariff plan, which includes a 200 percent tariff (which Trump insinuated could even be as high as 2,000 percent) on foreign cars.'

Trump dodging questions and serving a word salad instead of replying! How surprising!😃

Data on the audience?  Wasn’t it the economics club of Chicago?  As a group, those people probably have a better grip on economics than the typical man on the street. Of course, Chicago is the home of its own school of economics, so to speak.  A conservative bunch out of the University of Chicago.
