Thailand to tax residents’ foreign income irrespective of remittance
Indeed, and my bank, SCB even facilitate remittances using cryptocurrencies. For now, I believe only between Japan and Thailand. I talked with a former Finance Minister, Kuhn Korn who said all currencies are going to be digitalized and are the future of remittances. -

What Do Expats Think Of Andrew Tate?
Nonsense. I made no political statements but merely responded to your own spontaneous ranting arising from your own decay, a.k.a., derangement. Nor did I accuse or claim anything about you, another victim card. I agreed with your early sociological analysis. Then, as you failed to address later history, in all benevolence I elucidated and so accounted for the rise of stronger men on the right that seems to bother you, for your information. Now as an aside I kindly addressed your feminine whinging about the stress of tolerating diverse opinions and offered solutions for your relief, one of which was simply to man up. Your problem, as with many betas here, could simply be that of low T. It happens. Testosterone supplementing, for example, can invoke a swing from weak-Democrat to Republican affiliation. --Testosterone and Politics How's your workout routine? Your first line of defense will be to hit the gym and build muscle mass. You might start a thread in the Health forum and get a number of recommendations. <snip! further self-reassuring ranting> -

Two schoolgirls injured after truck tyre hits motorcycle in Samut Songkhram
Two schoolgirls injured after truck tyre hits motorcycle in Samut Songkhram Two schoolgirls were injured when a tyre detached from a 10-wheel ice truck and struck their motorcycle on Ekachai Road, near Samut Songkhram Polytechnic College. The incident, captured on CCTV, resulted in the girls being thrown off the motorcycle, suffering abrasions and bruises. The truck driver, Mr. Channarong, explained that the tyre came loose while transporting ice. Police have charged him with reckless driving causing injury. The motorcycle driver, Mr. Saman, initially thought the noise was a transformer explosion before realizing the tyre had hit the motorcycle. Legal action is underway. -

Bangkok Governor Supports Congestion Charge to Curb Traffic
I thought Bangkok was sinking and the Local / National government was looking to relocate. Would make more sense to start with a fully integrated traffic / Public Transport system than cajole something out of today's infrastructure mess. -

Heinz (or any) tinned soup
Wow, Man.... Your suggestion might just be a lifesaver for me, as I will soon enter into the procedures of having several dental implants installed. I had thought of the blender idea. But, like you, I hate cleaning blenders. So, if you wish, you might share more about your slow-simmering-SOLUTION. Or, start a Topic, before I do. -

Double Wood Doors - Problem with wood expanding in wet season.
All wood, without exception, will change dimensions with moisture content changes. That said plywood will change dimensions the least as the change in orientation of the fibres with different layers will reduce the problem. You can get good quality plywood and with a solid wood frame there will be little to no noticeable movement. The alternative is to get doors built in a traditional way where the panels are free floating in the frame and the construction of the join between the doors will mask the small amount of seasonal movement. All of this is obtainable in Thailand if you know where to look. -

Yahya Sinwar’s Gambit: A Failed Attempt to Reshape the Middle East
I did eventually reply to the content of the article asking you to back up the claims and you now seem to be ignoring that post . When did Saudi Arabia make those alleged new demands ? Saudi have always favoured a two state solution and its not a new requirement , your article is wrong about the claims that its a new demand from Saudi , as it has ALWAYS been the Saudi position -

Thailand to tax residents’ foreign income irrespective of remittance
Very well said. People on here get lost in theoretical debate, one of the things forgotten is actually what a "remittance" really is. Essentially, it's a citizen ( in your example Thai) , working overseas and sending money back to their home country. We can argue black & blue about whether it includes a foreigner using an ATM , or their home country credit card, but these all pale in comparison to what a remittance 'really' is ( regardless of legal definition). In a developing country like Thailand, remittances play a huge part in the economy.- 1
