Yes indeed. At 83, and so far in good health, I've told my Thai family not to take me to hospital if, and/or when, I become fatally ill or simply dying from old age. Just make me as comfortable as possible at home until I expire.

+1 for parasites. You can get them from undercooked or overstored  food or the poor sod selling street food all day in diapers with zero hand or untensil washing facilities , touching or coughing on it. Also as an STD if they kiss, cough or fart in bed.

Albendazole is very cheap and your friend.

I can't imagine how they do a double blind bed study like that? Fart?  Cmon

Just had a full heart check up at Bangkok/Pattaya hospital including blood test, B4400 till year's end, you can just walk in, but get there early as it gets busy after 9am

 

Mine was very good I am happy to say as i had a new valve 6 years ago
