My Microsoft Word has been 'deactivated'. What can I do?

What do you do with Excel that you cannot do with Google Sheets?

His reply was with regard to Libre Office. No one is going to discard their Microsoft Office suite in order to use Google Sheets 😊 They might use it if they don't have access to a suitable version of Microsoft Office.
