He will claim he didnt know, although if I was his lawyer, Id have him naming names if there were any. Anyone think that he shouldnt be locked up? My opinion is that it should be a Federal Felony with a harsh sentence to discourage such actions, assuming guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

The DMV are mailing voter registration forms to noncitizens. I have the proof here in Nevada

If the DMV knows that someone is a noncitizen, why would they be mailing them voter forms?

Not sure what your on about other than continually trying to spread bad and misleading info. Most states ask if the applicants want to be an organ donor or register to vote as a convenience. They don't confirm blood type or applicable ability to donate

Most all dmv's have a check mark box on their forms.  The registration isn't mailed by them its an automated service and no one sees the citizenship. It is 2024 not 1950 and they use technology to make the process easier.

Stupidity seems to be the order of the day. He was caught and will face some type of prosecution. Is it that big a deal for you? Are you afraid it will sway the election?

You mean like blank forms? Of the kind anyone can pick up? Isn't it only an offense if someone submits a completed and signed form? And even then don't they need to produce valid id to register? And proof of eligibility?

Its no different if you walk into a voter register's office and ask for the forms. They dont say "give me proof of citizenship or you cant take the blank forms".
