For me, it was three factors who finely made my choice. This spring was horrible hot, extended the burning seasons, and possible being taxed in Thailand, even I will actually maybe save some by doing so. Still we will be able to live in Thailand partly, and we (wife) still have investments here, so future will tell how we will do it in future.

There is no option for me. All my working life,.being a snowbird in Thailand due to cold boring winters at home, I always wanted to buy a great condo and come and go as I please. Now, mind change. I’ll not invest in a condo, I’ll come for long winter holidays, rent a holiday condo , and stay on the safe side with free health care at home.

  • Love it here.   Our home countries are being ruined by Progressives and Liberalism, couldn't pay me to live there. Not to mention the attitudes of the women.   Viva Thailand.

  • Staying. All things considered  I still like staying in Thailand better than elsewhere.

I suppose if I had unlimited finances, I would probably live here only a few months of the year. I despise the government and immigration here, and it does feel like the nation is moving backwards. Bu
