Questions for those familiar with CW Bangkok

Recommended Posts

I came in on a 60 day tourist visa.

I want to make an online appointment to extend this tourist visa to a Non O marriage visa..first 90 days , then later to one year.

I have all of the documents ready, but I don't know which box to tick.

One says.... (Tourist Visa TR Extension)  Window J....only allows me to go as a single??

and another options is:   (Extension Visa For Thai Wife)  window L1, which allows me to choose a couple, or Family, to sit with the IO.

Last time I did a change from Tourist to Non O...I did it for retirement...and went to window C....the one next to 90 day reporting.

I don't want to go without an appointment....that's a nightmare.!!!

Thanks

Do you mean visa exempt or tourist visa.

Use TM87 for visa exempt or TM86 for tourist visa.

Note application for non O from tourist visa done at CW.

Application for non O from visa exempt done at Lak-Si IT mall

In application options choose one shown in this screenshot.

That part is about how many people are having visas issued, not about seats.  Single is fine for what you want, but you will certainly need your wife to attend with you.

Visa Exempt to Non O marriage at Lak Si?

No. For change of visa type pretty sure you attend CW.

The reference I made earlier to LakSi is for 30 day extension from visa exempt entry.

To apply for the non O you require min 15 days on your permission of stay
