Pattaya to Illuminate with Fireworks Festival on November 29 & 30

The International Fireworks Festival 2024 is set to light up Pattaya on 29th and 30th November. Following a preparatory meeting led by Mayor Poramet Ngampichet, the event promises an exhilarating show featuring over 15,000 fireworks each night.

 

Five nations—UK, Germany, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Serbia—are primed to dazzle with their pyrotechnic prowess along the 2.7-kilometre stretch of Pattaya Beach. This year's theme, Festival of Lights, aims to elevate the festival to global standards under the MICE City initiative.

 

To ensure smooth proceedings, authorities will enforce road closures on Pattaya Beach Road and implement parking restrictions alongside strategic traffic management plans. An emergency lane will be introduced for any unexpected incidents, underscoring the commitment to safety and organisation.

 

Festival-goers can look forward to an immersive experience, with designated parking facilities available at locations such as Terminal 21 Pattaya and Central Marina. Mayor Poramet warmly invites locals and tourists to witness this international spectacle, promising a night of breathtaking displays.

It was absolutely packed last year! 

Surprised to see China missing from the list of those displaying, although it might have conflicted with HK. I expect great things from China where fireworks displays are concerned. 

 

It is certainly a great event and totally free.... but well,  the few mentioned mall car-parks just won't cut it.
