No. She just needs to be disgraced

You can't disgrace someone who has no shame.  If she was fired and/or disbarred, she'd end up on The View making $millions.  And the book deals...  So she wins, benefitting from election interference and malicious prosecution.

She needs to be prosecuted and jailed, as a warning to anyone who wants to try the same lawfare in the future.

No. She is small potatoes.

She helps us on the view. She hurtss us in jail.

And Trump sues her for defamation, pain and suffering. Even on the view it will take her a long time to work off $100M

In the minds (sic) of MAGA supporters, all grand juries bringing in indictments against Trump are 100% Democrat.

You are funny.  I'm gonna blow your mind.  I am NOT a MAGA fan.  I voted against Trump in every primary he ran in.  Yes, I voted for him  in every general election as a rational human who recognizes he is flawed.   But he is far less flawed than the current version of the  DEM party and their candidates.   I hate this cult of personality attached to Trump.  Sadly due to the media and laziness of the electorate politics is becoming more of a personality contest than rational view of the issues.

And here is a little more data for you.  Grand Juries are easily swayed by DAs on issues with complexity such as this political attack on Trump by Letitia James.  A NY grand jury would probably be populated by people like the ones who elected her on the promise to "get Trump".  Any that weren't far left and happy to "get the Trump" would be a minority.  Besides, any of them that rationally understood this was a witch hunt would just go along and kick this into the courts thinking it would die an early death there, which it should have.

Since you seem willing to accept everything that has happened so far I do hope if higher courts decide to overturn this conviction you will also be as accepting of their result as you are of the one you clearly seem to love.

You are wasting your time. These guys do not simply hate Trump, they despise Trump.

They’ll say anything to attack him, and they care nothing about the truth.

No thugs on the Left right?  Every hear of BLM, Antifa as in the summer of 2020.

Indeed. Thuggery in the US is fairly unique to the left these days.

Another difference? I see right-wing thugs, I denounce them -- loudly.

Of course, we don't have a common understanding of the definition of "thug" any more. The left calls anyone it disagrees with "thugs". The right calls rioting criminal mobs "thugs". A bit different...

I guess claiming a penthouse floor area is three times its actual size is not fraudulent in your world.

If you went to the bank for a loan, and over stated the size of a property, would, the bank take your word for it? Oh, that’s right, you have never borrowed money.

No, they woulf not tske your word for it.

Trump included a disclaimer in thelosn documentation recommending the bank complete their own due diligence.

No one in New York has ever been prosecuted for the same thing.

Every house I had a mortgage loan for, sent an appraiser to look at the house, take measurements, and ask questions about it, before I could get the loan.    That was for houses that sold from $100,000.00 to $240,000.00!

There is no way that a mortgage company is going to loan millions of dollars based on the word of the purchaser or seller.

You forgot that group that call themselves anarchists, who participate in antifa riots.

As a federal agent, years ago, I assisted state and and other federal law enforcement agents that were investigating anarchists.

VOA link with reports of anarchist violence that led to riots.   Note the BLM activist riding in the back of a pickup truck with an armed left wing milita group, Texas Guerrillas.

I asked a contact of mine, who is still in federal law enforcement, if this Texas Guerrilla group was inspired by the Texas Guerrillas that fought for the confederacy during the U.S. civil war, and attacked Union Soldiers.   I was told he could not talk about it due to the ongoing federal investigation of the group!

The NY State fraud trial against Trump was a civil case -- there was no grand jury.

And he was found liable for damages -- not "convicted" as in a criminal trial.

The minute he won the election all of the lawsuits were going to disappear, he has complete immunity and it doesn't matter how guilty he is, it doesn't matter how many crimes he has committed, he's off scot-free as of Victory Day.

Not quite accurate, the immunity only applies to anything that he did in his official capacity as President!

You hope he gets prison for book keeping irregularities, when nobody else would have these days? Sounds like sour grapes.

How soon his past is forgotten, and how quickly the revisionist history begins. A good percentage of those billions that he sits on were stolen from small contractors, people who signed up for Trump University, bank fraud, tax fraud and a multiplicity of other crimes.

Just because he won the election does not mean the man was not  a career criminal. Acknowledging support for the man and whitewashing has past are two completely different things.

What does any of that have to do with the bookkeeping case?

Even if what you claim is true, which I have no reason to believe, none of it should affect the bookkeeping case.

This Davis needs to be the new AG. The nobody is above the law narrative will be rather painful for perjurer Willis, contempt of congresser Garland, criminal conspiritors James, Bragg, Merchan, Smith. Banging up Bannon and Navarro and concocting farcical cases against DJT because they were so terrified of his popularity and love for America was the lefts epic cockup.

Will be superb this cabinet, I hear Alex Jones is tipped to be the press secretary and Dan Bongino to be secretary of defense. Oh yes, OH YES!!!

“Listen here, sweetheart,” Davis continued, addressing James. “We’re not messing around this time and we will put your fat ass in prison for conspiracy against rights. I promise you that.”

Don't threaten, just do it.  The Left let the Lawfare Genie out of the bottle.  Stuff it back in and plug it with Leftie AGs and prosecutors so tightly that it is never again removed for going after US "political enemies" on either the Left or the Right.

Not going to happen.  Every case against him is riddled with appealable errors.  Their real motive was to hurt his chance of re-election.  They'll never defeat the appeals.  It would be a monumental waste of taxpayer resources.  They didn't mind wasting taxpayer money to keep him out of office.  But he isn't eligible for a 3rd term.  So they'll go home.

Correct, if he had not run for President, none of these cases would have been brought against him!

With both the civil fraud /James case and the criminal 'hush money' / Bragg case of the 34 convictions, I was critical on here that the cases were ill advised and only could say so as there were not plenty of otherwise left-leaning legal scholars and former prosecutors who had problems with the case itself, whether it should've been brought or not.

e.g.

January 30, 2024

(per the NY State civil fraud trial) An Associated Press analysis of nearly 70 years of civil cases under the law showed that such a penalty has only been imposed a dozen previous times, and Trump’s case stands apart in a significant way: It’s the only big business found that was threatened with a shutdown without a showing of obvious victims and major losses.
