May be English isnt your first language, the term "Diet" does not mean restriction, it simply referes to what and how a person eats. "Diet" refers to the food and drinks a person or group regularly consumes. It can have different meanings depending on the context: General Meaning – A diet is simply the habitual eating pattern of an individual or culture. For example, a Mediterranean diet includes olive oil, fish, and vegetables, while a typical Western diet may be high in processed foods and sugars. Nutrition & Health – In a health and fitness context, a diet refers to a specific eating plan aimed at achieving a goal, such as weight loss, muscle gain, or better overall health. Examples include: Balanced Diet – Includes a variety of nutrients from protein, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals. Weight Loss Diets – Such as keto (low-carb, high-fat), intermittent fasting, and calorie deficit plans. Muscle-Building Diets – High in protein to support muscle growth. Special Diets – Designed for medical or ethical reasons, like vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or diabetic diets. Temporary vs. Lifestyle – Some people follow diets temporarily (e.g., a crash diet before an event), while others make long-term dietary changes for health or personal preferences. A good diet should be sustainable, nutritionally complete, and fit the individual's goals and lifestyle. -

How do you deal with Inverter heat?
Although I'm a nerd about many kinds of electrical things, I chose to hire an installer just to ensure it was done quickly and safely. I'd recommend going that route unless you have prior experience installing solar inverters. My installer also offered a pretty good price for all the hardware needed, vs. me buying it all myself, so that saved a bunch. -

Just received a Tax form in the post - what next ?
If you are not working, only the bank statement. If you were working, then only the form from company showing the total amount paid for the year, total social security and provident fund reductions, and any other deductions you may have (if you were paying for a condo, then bank would give you a letter how much interest you have paid, if you were making donations to some organisation like Worldvision, they would send you a letter with total donations for the year, if you had insurance, then you would get letter of how much you paid over the year, etc.). That's the only documents needed. Your personal information they already have. If you were a Thai, and had parents living in Thailand, you could put their tax IDs (ID card numbers) in there to get deductions for them if they don't have income. You could also claim deductions for children but then you'd need to provide documents on them - that they are below 18? 21? can't remember. If your spouse didn't have income, you could also put in deduction for supporting a spouse. For that you'd just need to enter her tax ID and she'd need to file hers separately. So all in all, very few documents are needed. They pretty much already have all the rest. -

Head down to the party islands for full moon parties etc. Plenty of booze, drugs and young men for them there. They will have a ball. If they are not on the pill then pack some condoms. And take some sunscreen.
