They have not said that at all, it will be looking at accounts where people are claiming means tested benefits to see if they have too high savings and cash coming in. If all you are claiming is the state pension they will not be bothering.

Which "forthcoming Act of Parliament" are they referring to in the video.  Their words "forthcoming Act of Parliament" not mine!

Also the video was posted before the last election so it never became law!

The act of Parliament they refer to has NOT become law!

Some time in the future it may be resurected, but until/if it ever becomes law than you can re-issue your scaremongering posts!

What he/they posted was probably accurate at that time but the videos are no longer relevant as they have been overtaken by events, called an election!
