Complete and utter BS. What's going to happen is the deadwood are going to get the boot. I'd imagine this will start at the bloated top not the bottom.

Every government needs this, they are all self serving, 2 faced, leeches, freeze all wages and make them performance based

Sorry it's 50%, not 70%. You didn't say it, the number is common knowledge.

Musk aims to reduce federal spending by 30%, while Ramaswamy has suggested firing half of the federal workforce.

https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/news/international/global-trends/trump-and-musk-aim-to-cut-the-u-s-federal-budget-which-american-workers-risk-losing-their-jobs-with-this-reform/articleshow/115451798.cms?from=mdr

oh wait, now it's 95%. It seems they haven't done any homework, just plucking numbers out of a dark plac e because it sounds good to the faithful.

DOGE, conceived by Musk and Ramaswamy, proposes extreme measures like cutting $2 trillion from the federal budget and firing 90-95 percent of federal employees.

As Trump attempts to stack his Cabinet with radicals like Matt Gaetz and Tulsi Gabbard, it’s clear he might privatize essential agencies while cutting others entirely.

The irony? Trump is making it sound like Musk and Ramaswamy are leading a new agency, when in reality, their role would be to dismantle the government — and then fire themselves.

So are you arguing over percentages or are you championing the bloated federal spending? For me, cuttng any wasted costs is a good thing.... for you..no? You prefer taxpayer money is wasted?, perhaps Musk should just shut up, and let that trillion get wasted as normal? Where do you stand on the whole thing? I will hazard a guess..  but but trump

Are the cuts reasonable to still maintain a functioning government?

Have you considered that people are wary of vaccines now more than ever before?

Have you considered that many of them are idiots? I'd recommend you read "The Doctor Who Fooled The World" by Brian Deer. It tells the story of Andrew Wakefield, the anti vax UK doctor who was struck off in the UK and went to the US, where he is lauded. Why? Not because he is right - because he telling people what they want to hear! He doctored his own "research" in order to draw a conclusion that would help him make money from his patents. A charlatan of the first order.

Of course. They haven't got anything else.

They only have MSM articles by Public Health professional and medical research to back up their views.

You guys have Alex Jones, JFK jr, internet conspiracy theorists and an assortment of loons.

It's best just to let these guys do the damage and watch previously eradicated diseases make a come back. It's what you all deserve!

I've never eaten McDonald's but if President Elect Trump said "here you go get your chops around this" I'd certainly not say no.

After swallowing the Kool-Aid for Trump, any further compromise comes as no surprise.

When did the SC overturning the actual vote count constitute "beating"? That success led the SC to embark on its Project 2025 mission of destroying democracy.

Oops, typo on my part—meant 2020, not 2000. Speaking of which, care to explain how reality is only valid when it suits MAGA's narrative? Selective sipping, perhaps?

Here's a reality and you tell me if this is also reality for you. Harris Lost. Trump won. Trump won the Electoral College votes. Trump won the Popular Vote. Trump holds the Senate. Trump holds the House. These are called facts which are provable and most people see facts as part of reality. Nothing to do with your MAGA narrative.

Please point to where I dispute the results. You’re right, they have nothing to do with my narrative, so what is the point of this strawman post?

"Trim", huh? Do you support firing 70% of the fed workforce?

Possibly.. all depends on their jobs... We all know how most government employees work, or should i say dont work, at least not in DC.  The government is too big.

A job is not guaranteed for life! People loose jobs.  Such as when US factories close down to move overseas.

Nobody said a job is guaranteed. But if you thiunk you can just cut 30% of the workforce without a major reduction in services and resultant chaos you're living in lalaland. The whole point of this exercise is to destroy government, not making it run more efficiently. The right wing love to call stuff what they are the opposite of.

Well I guess it's possible. Musk did it with Twitter. The cuts as I said will happen with the deadwood bloated top. Not the people who actually do the work.
