Trump's Legal Battles and Their Unintended Legacy of Backfiring

Interesting but 76,000,000 people do not seem to care or think the legal battles are a farce. Time will tell of course but I think game is over for the allegations.

constitutionally  illegal gag orders,

The gag orders were imposed to stop Trump from threatening jurors, witnesses and the families of the Judge.

VERY biased left leaning supporting Biden judges, Total hoax, bogus indictments, made up crimes, barred by statute of limitations, fed misdemeanor crimes morphed into state felonies

The judges have bent over backwards to accommodate Trump. The indictments were in many of the cases a result of Grand Jury deliberations; the crimes for which he was charged and convicted ( by a jury remember) were crimes which could have been charged as either misdemeanors or felonies, the decision was taken to charge them as felonies.

You look forward and state "Trump's Department of Justice", and his "FBI Director" will prosecute and jail those who gained what were entirely proper convictions against him. That in itself more than hints that such prosecutions will be politically driven and a form of revenge. Of course everyone knows that to be the case, he has trumpeted that loud and often, and it is obviously what is driving his attempts to install his cronies in those posts - but perhaps ponder, such political prosecutions, if forced through, will be the "coup de grace" for an already greviously wounded judicial system.

Do you, or perhaps more pertinently 50% of the country, want to believe, and approve of the use of the FBI and the DOJ to get such blatant political revenge convictions?

You may, but I think most of the American public won't.

Its not revenge, its administering rule of law justice. If you understand specific and general deterrence principles relating to crime prevention you might have a clue. If the prosecutors, state & federal colluded with the Biden and/or his WH counsel, then heads will roll, as they should.

The judges were biased and all handpicked to stack the deck against Trump but they all screwed up and failed. They

Grand Jury deliberations;

miserably and instead of jailing him THEY GOT HIM ELECTED. LOL. Chew on that one a bit....taste good? Grand juries can indict a hand sandwich and consist ONLY of prosecution testimony with no defense challenges or rebuttal evidence. How about the jury verdict of a federal election misdemeanor morphed to a statute barred felony that no one knows what felony was committed?  Is that judges "bending over" or rather bending over the defendant?  You make no sense, are not able to articulate the circumstances and you got NOTHING. If you call rule of law justice as revenge then you need an exam of whats going on between your ears or maybe call your comrade at the politburo for guidance or maybe some more vodka. In closing, Bidens own DOJ made a prima facia case for Biden committing espionage by knowingly  possessing and sharing classified documents and actually selling them for his book deal but was deemed too mentally unfit to face indictment for crimes committed 20 years prior BUT he can remain in office as president despite his mental impairment. Think about that and thing double standard, two sets of rules, double standard BUT also factor in Trump had right to declassify ANY doc under the PRA whereas Biden did not.

Face it! Trump could literally take Sen.

Schiff up to the top of the Capital building by the scruff if his pencil neck,

leave him there go back to Mara La go have dinner while the police investigate allegations of how Adam was exchanged for the statue figure on top. The only thing Trump is guilty of

is cleaning out the Swamp of Corruption in DC

Jack Smith has asked for the charges to be dropped "without prejudice".

That means he can reinstate them after Trump's second term ends.

Failed?  If you read their reports, they have enough evidence to put Biden away for decades.  They just can't indict a sitting president without first impeaching him, which is a political process.  It would never happen with a Dem majority in the Senate.

Once Joe becomes a private citizen, they can go after him with no holds barred.

In your alternate MAGA universe....😆

Really?  So who has he threatened with prosecution that is protected by that legislation?

Ah grasshopper, was Biden president and subjected to presidential immunity while he was a senator AND private citizen for "knowingly possessing and sharing classified documents" as noted in the evidence presented by the DOJ SC Hur's report AND then selling these docs to a ghost writer for his book also while he was out of office both as senator when he stole documents and possessing them while out of office. Thats called espionage and he's afforded ZERO protection under the PRA (Presidential Records Act) because he wasn't POTUS when he stole HIGHLY classified materials.

If, on Trump's DOJ say so....Bidens gonna get indicted and carried off to fed supermax upon conviction even though someone at his DOJ deemed him too mentally incompetent to stand trial in 2024. How mentally impaired was he when he stole classified materials as a senator and VP?  LOL....a rule of law DOJ in search of justice could throw a big high hard one directly up Bidens scrawny feckless....you know the rest. And there are many known and documented cases of Hunter Biden committing state level felonies (not covered by Bidens fed pardon) in TX and other states that he could easily face indictments for.

A couple of things, first, you quoted me as posting "So more empty threats from the KING of tariffs and inflation", I did not say that, someone else did.  Don't misquote posters.

Secondly, I asked who Trump had threatened with prosecution that is covered by the immunity legislation but your irrelevant garbled thesis didn't  answer that, so why the attempted history lesson?

Would you look at this, more troubles for Fani. LOL

"DA Fani Willis has been ORDERED to release ALL communications between her team, Jack Smith, and the SHAM J6 Committee."

Maybe, just maybe....if there are any comms produced between Fani and jack smith, bidens WH counsel, especially with the J6 committee etc Fani could be in deep doo-doo and may find herself indicted and begging for her own pardon very soon. Trump's got these lawfare clowns spinning out chasing their tails and fumbling around like a bear cub playing with it's johnson. U hear the term: "FAFO"? Applicable to all failed lawfare attempts against Trump.

Fani ordered to turn over comms

This Jan 6 FBI psy-ops is about to implode on the Jan 6 committee, and all the diabolical deep state actors that attempted to turn a peaceful protest into a riot and then try to flog it as an insurrection. But, the Jan 6 committee refuses to produce the evidence for insurrection and has since deleted evidence, likely "exculpable" evidence. Where is all the evidence?? Now, the IG Horowitz J6 report has what could be 200 or more FBI agents ID'd that were present during the capitol riots. Get your popcorn.
