It’s a simple statement/ question. Trump should not make any comments about this in the media. Keep quiet you uneducated man.

Senseless. It appears you have been severely traumatized by the recent political events in the United States. Your president Trump has a lot more to load in your ears.

The very first day that Trump is in office he will be issuing pardons to all the January 6th participants that were convicted of crimes.

Almost all US President's issue pardons, especially at the end of their terms.  Nothing new here other than it was a President's son that was pardoned.

Do people usually get pardoned for a decade worth of stuff though?

Not sure, but if a President issues a pardon, then that is covering whatever the pardon is for.

What Trump has been convicted for is still awaiting sentencing. He has had no convictions thrown out that I know of. Biden actually was convicted of and/or pled guilty to charges.

Must be nice getting pardoned for anything else you may have done in those 10 years.

Me thinks he is helping himself as well.

Conveniently covers everything, charged or not, that may have been committed from Jan 01 2014,,,,,,,,,,,,,five months before taking a seat on the Burisma board, until a few days ago.

Trump has every right to call out the blatant lying of his political foe.  And, by extension, to call out the lies they told about actually securing the border.  And handing out reparation money, for votes.  And forgiving millions of student loans, for votes.  And...  And...

And everything else they lied about to get votes.  Promises they had no intention of keeping. On a scale of 1-10, Biden pardoning his kid barely rates a 3.  But the fact that he repeatedly lied about it (and his connections to his kid's antics) should put him dead worst among the list of American presidents.

Not to mention, unpopular with his own party that he just knifed in the back.  It'll be years before voters believe a Democrat candidate.

Somewhere in a primitive base camp at the foot of Mount Rushmore a promising young sculptor puts away his chisel. Later his body is discovered and the cause of death is unknown but presumed to be sadness. The last search history on his browser is " If you can sculpt a president on a mountain you ought to be able to learn how to code. Find nearby coding dojos"

You've succumbed to the misinformation typical of those on the right.

In NY state, the jury determines guilt vs innocence.  If guilty verdict or guilty plea a criminal defendant is convicted.  The judge then sets the sentence.  The final step is the judge ends the case.  Appeals cannot be filed prior to the judge's closing of the case.

Trump has been found guilty and according to NY state courts is now a convicted felon.  See here for the definitions of legal terms published by the NY state courts:

https://www.nycourts.gov/courthelp/goingtocourt/glossary.shtml

Here's the pertinent text for those unwilling to read information that doesn't fit their personal viewpoint:

conviction:   In a criminal case.  A finding of guilt either by plea or by trial.

Don't you ever wonder why the extremely litigious Trump hasn't sued the media/opponents for incorrectly calling him convicted?  Simply stated... he doesn't have any facts on his side and would once more suffer complete legal embarrassment.

You are being pedantic, for the purpose of obscuring the larger issue. Let's stipulate that Trump is convicted. Fine. Now, focus on the differences with Hunter Biden.

The pardon is for a decade of crime, both tried and not yet tried, both convicted and not yet convicted. This is rather rare- pardons are generally done for a specific crime or incident. It is not merely "getting off", it is a complete rewriting of history.

The two situations are really not comparable.

I provide truth and clarity to debunk one of the fabrications used by Trump supporters to attempt to wash away his stench.

I offered no comparison.

Did you acquire the Trump obsession while living in US or did his insanity seep over the border and distort people's world view in Canada as well?

You should take up comedy. Sure to be successful as a comedian given that post.

When the Supreme Court made their ruling on presidential immunity, it opened Pandora's Box.

The law is now inextricably entwined with politics. No-one can unring the bell.

Not what the Founding Fathers intended. But then, in their era it was probably impossible to imagine a felon becoming President.

So if I'm a Ukranian mom, I'll be asking myself............did my husband and my brother and my autistic teenage son die, all to enrich some already rich American president and cover up the crimes committed by him and his son?

"Slava Bidenii!"
