I think Musk is more interested in acquiring Hawaiian born citizenship, he can probably afford it. Of course, it is beyond the pale to investigate preposterous birth certs by anyone. Totally forbidden.

He could be President in 2028. The second African-American President. And both from Hawaii. Very cool.

Presidency

The U.S. Constitution sets three clear eligibility criteria to run for president:

1. Natural-born citizen (born a U.S. citizen, not naturalized).

2. At least 35 years old.

3. A resident of the U.S. for at least 14 years.

Since Elon Musk was born in Pretoria, South Africa, and became a U.S. citizen through naturalization in 2002, he is not a natural-born citizen. This makes him ineligible to run for president.

Constitutional Amendment: The Only Path

The only way Elon Musk could become eligible to run for president is through a constitutional amendment. This would require:

1. Approval by a two-thirds majority in both the House of Representatives and the Senate.

2. Ratification by three-fourths of the states (38 out of 50).

Such an amendment would be unprecedented and highly challenging to pass, especially for the specific purpose of allowing one individual to run.

Phew!

5 1/2 feet tall, 150 pounds weight. That indeed makes him quite small. Amoral. grubby and a grifter ? That's a matter of opinion.

No, it wouldn't be illegal to bypass the rules

Seems like legally right and morally right is not the same thing.

According to The Rules Based Order:

1.  The United States has the right to interfere in the politics of other countries.

2.  Other countries [such as U.K., Russia] do not have the right to interfere in U.S. politics.

What's "right" got to do with it? Reminds me of that line by Clint Eastwood in the movie Unforgiven: "'Deserves'" got nothing to do with it."

This should read 5 feet, 8 1/2 inches. Info comes from the internet.

I exposed the realpolitik of the situation, which is based upon power and practicalities.
And which is contrary to my opinion on how global relations should function.

Realpolitik is far divorced from rights and ethics, which tend to be sadly lacking in the real world.
(Look at the situation in Burma, as a glaring example)

America’s greatest contribution to the UK is Ellen Degenerates.

You got her now!  Or is it him?

Settle down boys.. Elon Musk has got the money  $$$$ to move to the U.K. buy a 500 million pound Castle and buy any company he likes..e.g. British Airways or a bank and then watch the government deny his donation. I don't think so.

It’s not going to happen. Never. Money has gone to his head. He’s completely mad. And the Brits or anyone else in Europe would laugh themselves silly over the suggestion. Let him stay in the US with more of his sort.  I feel very sorry for normal Americans.
