Land Department to Rule on Legality of ‘Waterfront’ Land Title Amid Ongoing Pattaya Dispute
"Should the project developers fail to act, the city will undertake the demolition itself and charge the costs to the owners." Fat chance of collecting even a satang in that case -

Could Trump's plan fail in a spectacular fashion?
I think we are sayng the same thing except for intentional harm, primarily from trump but musk has his sights set on other gains for his business and is playing those cards. You cannot tell me that the vindictive actions trump has taken against any and all that disagreed with him, corrected him or were doing their job and it affected him is not intentionally meant to harm those people. He is a classic narcissist with visions of grandeur and is not fit to be president. Should waste and fraud be eliminated yes, do you slash and burn all areas of the government, economy and global presence at the same time? Absolutely not and it is already coming back on him and the USA. Both parties were involved in putting the USA at the level and size of government and spending so its not just the Dems or lefties as many trumpers like to say. both parties had a hand at getting the US to where it is now so they both shame the blame. -

Is Thailand’s healthcare more affordable than in the West?
As a US citizen I find three advantages to the healthcare system here in Thailand. It is very affordable, It is easy and quick to get see a doctor or a specialist. Insurance is easy to deal with. I have had 2 claims and both were settled, without questions, before I left the hospital. In many European countries along with some others there are forms of universal health care. While it may be considered free or almost free it is supported by your tax dollars. I know several people in Portugal and Wales who had a similar income to mine before I retired. In both countries their tax burden was significantly higher than mine. So while the government may be providing free services, it is being subsidized by the working class tax payers. -

250% tariff on Canadian diary
That's because its mostly fake news splurged out by the WH to get their point of view across. Alternative facts. Whilst there is a 250% tariff it only kicks in when a threshold is passed which never happens and in general tariffs are much lower in the 2-7% region. -

Health insurance with pre-existing conditions
OK I am lucky. But I first got medical insurance in Thailand 20 years ago when I didn't have any disqualifying pre-existing conditions.
