Masayoshi Son pledges $100 Billion investment.
Now that the old worthless POS named Biden is out of the way money is heading in. America is finally open for business again. “My confidence level to the economy of the United States has tremendously increased with his victory,” Son said. “President Trump is a double down president. I’m going to have to double down.” https://www.cnbc.com/2024/12/16/softbank-ceo-to-announce-100-billion-investment-in-us-during-visit-with-trump.html -

DTV visa extension
No, I’m a “remote worker” but don’t want to get caught in a crack down on soft power. Shared my experience in previous thread but in brief: - Own a UK business - Applied in UK - Provided statement from UK cash savings account - Provided utility bill from my UK property - Provided letter that: - Showed companies house record demonstrating I’m sole director - Showed client list (UK, US, Chinese, Canadian, French… clients) - Showed profit / loss for last financial year Had additional evidence available if required but wasn’t. I don’t actually work much in Thailand except to answer a few emails but lucky enough that working for 3 months in UK can more than pay for a 9 month stay in Thailand plus side trips. -

How can a 'Newbie' receive cash if no bank account first three months in Philippines
Except the OP's question is about his first couple months in the PH when he wouldn't have the typical PH IDs yet, such as an ACR card. And the Union Digital Bank you mention above appears to require those kinds of ID from foreigners wanting to open accounts: "Can foreigners open an account with UnionDigital Bank? Foreigners with Philippine mobile numbers and proof of residency can open a UnionDigital Bank account. Please make sure to have your supporting documents (such as ACR-I card) ready for a smooth account opening process." https://uniondigitalbank.io/en/faqs/can-foreigners-open-an-account-with-uniondigital-bank https://uniondigitalbank.io/en/faqs/what-kind-of-ids-can-i-use-to-open-a-uniondigital-bank-account -

My symptoms of pain - seeking advice .
Thanks Sheryl The more I think about it , I'm getting even more convinced that the pain I am currently suffering from is because I have shingles ( herpes zoster ) and the more I read about shingles , the more I'm starting to become worried and stressed out , especially what the future may hold.
