Pure imagination.

Farage’s milk shake assailants is a first time offender, she’s caused £17.50 worth of damage, which she has to pay $171.50 reparations, she’s sentenced to 13 weeks in prison suspended for 12 months, she has to perform 120hrs of unpaid work, has £450 of court fees to pay and now has a criminal record.

Hardly ‘carte Blanche’.

True, but I question;

1. Was she truly remorseful? It was a physical assault, a violation of the ciuvil rights of another person.

2. Will this be an effective deterrent?

I am fed up with people who do this. There is always an excuse.I do not believe the penalty was appropriate. I detest Farage, but he has the right to be safe.

I have said I would like to have seen the judgement include seizing any made from this.

Breaking the law fir clicks makes money, it needs to be stamped out.

2 tier justice is disgusting. Just imagine if someone attacked sir Kier like this, bearing in mind thousands of Brits are banged up for inconvenient social media posts, never mind actual violence.

Worth noting that violence to further political aims is the definition of terrorism.

I thought "two tier Kier" let brown people off but white people get the book thrown at them.

That's because you don't really understand the issue. Maybe best not to draw attention to that in future. 😃

It can be related to political affiliation also. As it was in this case. It's been made clear that Farage is fair game because of his political beliefs. The guy who threw rocks at him while campaigning also escaped jail even though the judge stated it warranted a jail term.

Jo Brand suggested acid would be a better choice of substance. No charges.

I hope that helps with your limited understanding of 2 tier justice in Britain.

The magistrate who sentenced her has previous form.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tan_Ikram

[edit]

On 13 February 2024 Ikram, presiding over a case of three demonstrators carrying or wearing images appearing to glorify Hamas (the political and military movement governing in the Gaza Strip, and designated in the UK as a terrorist organization), found them guilty but let them off with conditional discharges, saying that "emotions ran very high on this issue". This judgement was subject to extensive criticism in the press.[10][11] Contrast was drawn to a 20-week sentence he handed down against a man for sharing memes mocking George Floyd, the severity of which he boasted about in a talk to visiting American law students

In 2 Tier Keir's Britain talking/posting about violence gets you jail (assuming you are on the right).

Actual violence to right wing politicians does not. Refer Josh Greally hurling cement rocks at Farage as well as this porn star milkshake thrower.

It's plain to see. That's why they have scheduled Labour's Ricky Jones trial on the same day as Trump's inauguration. They're trying to bury the next example. He called for opponents throats to be slit in front of a large crowd. I guarantee his sentence will be suspended. Because he's "Labour".

It's shameful, as are the people pretending we are imagining it all.

Nobody got ‘banged up for inconvenient social media posts’.

Go easy on the imaginative definitions of terrorism:

Apart from a coincidence of dates do you have any actual evidence that this trial date was set with intent to bury anything. Some kind of formal statement or a leaked internal communication would do?

Or are you just making stuff up, maybe repeating nonsense you’ve read online?

They buried the facts that southport terrorist had AlQuida terror manusls and had made RICIN ,and tried quietly breaking the news on the day they had their catastrophic anti British budget. So after banging up hundreds of Brits for misinformation for correctly linking the case to the religion of peace they needed to do it on a day everyone was distracted.

Im sorry, you are clearly a fan of starmer but IMO this timing - like with Ricky Jones-  is evil behaviour.

Remarkable claims, but as ever no evidence any deliberate cover up.

And of course the customary misrepresentation of prison sentences that are a matter of court record.

I’m not a ‘fan’ of Starmer but he and the Labour Party did win the election, it’s not something I bleat about.

Is that true? Do you have a link to prove that thousands of Brits have been jailed for social media posts?

I think she got off lightly - a more severe sentence would have been appropriate for two reasons.

1) politicians, no matter how reprehensible they may be, should (like the rest of us) be allowed to go about their business without fear of assault or attack.

2) Farage is widely recognised as being an odious and loathesome purveyor of packaged hatred for a pliant minority. Anything that gives  him the opportunity to sell himself as a victim should be avoided.

Probably thought it would boost her ONLYFANS viewing count.

Should have locked her in the Tower.

More whataboutery.

She committed the crime of assault. She should be punished, she wasn't.

Will she do it again? I have no idea.

Will she get the same punishment? Again, I have no idea/

Should she have gone to jail?

Certainly.

Yes, no problem. I can do even better for you. This poor white lass was banged up for innocently LIVESTREAMING a rowdy bunch.

Thankfully there is a white knight charging to the rescue. A very wonderful African American that already effectively saved the USA from leftism and 2 tier justice. He will do the same here with Sir Nigel of Clacton and Sir Tommy of Luton's help. Nice

I was more interested in your claim that thousands have been jailed. That's only one person. Where are the many others that you referred to?

If there's any two tier justice here, it's not that evident.

Here's a list of similar incidents involving Labour Politicians (one even involving Sir Keir last year).

Quote

Egg thrown at John Prescott, 2001 - no action against perpetrator as far as I can tell

Purple flour-filled condoms thrown at Tony Blair, 2004 - perpetrators fined £500 and £600 respectively

Green custard thrown at Peter Mandelson, 2009 - perpetrator given a police caution

Several eggs thrown at Ed Miliband, 2013 - no action against perpetrator as far as I can tell

Glitter thrown over Sir Keir Starmer, 2023 - no action against perpetrator as far as I can tell

All the strange things that have been thrown at politicians over the years

Ah, got it. More shifting of goalposts, thanks, all good now.

And the sentence seems right to me - quite harsh for throwing a milkshake. 13 weeks suspended sentence, a fine, compensation, community service and "rehabilitation". Would you like them to be hung drawn and quartered too?

Excusing vile behaviour!

If it had been acid would you be OK with that too? It starts with milk and ends with acid if that sort of behaviour is excused by such as yourself.

Disgusting!

Surprise Surprise.

Have a look at this.

Don't reckon this is going to go away quick.
