Did they tell you all the tests would be free , since they could not find anything ? ha ha!

Quite a money making machine these hospitals are .  At 84 (actually all of us over 60 ) are all seen as MONEY walking in the door.

The good news is :  the meds they would have given you are often worse for you than the problem one has !   This is of course MY opinion ,  based on MY research into some very common health issues that come up .  Some of which have "Solutions" that a small percentage of doctors/experts do not agree with the mainstreet medical establishment (and thus are called quacks and get smeared, as usual)  .  (e.g. :   statins are not good  .    high cholesterol is NOT the main cause of heart attacks .     blocking acid in the stomach is  actually worse for you.

and on and on .   BUT..... i am pretty sure from your posts that you might think I am crazy .😎

Gerd has many natural (non pharmaceutical)  solutions which many people try, successfully .   If already on an acid blocker,  well.... that could be a problem.

Being a young 84 maybe you can go back to school and become a ND.

Next life i will do that ...............

This happens to be a private hospital funded by a charitable trust.  They have an excellent reputation throughout the state.  People often drive miles out of their way to use this hospital . Judging by the sequence of tests I am assuming they chose the ones first that were in line with the doctor's suspicions, using a process of elimination. This is the first time there I did not receive a diagnosis and the first time they have billed me...$15.64 total.  Medicare and Tricare covered the rest.

Now that I have modified my diet it seems to have fixed the problem.  We just returned from a months stay in Thailand and not once did I suffer any digestive distress.

No, I do not think you are crazy.  Medicine is an evolving science with new discoveries virtually every day.

My girlfriend's brother is a M.D. in Bangkok.  He retired from one hospital and was immediately asked to join the staff of another.  I enjoy talking to him.  Besides working in research he is also an excellent diagnostic doctor.  I respect him because he is a free thinker, like myself, and does not hesitate to disagree with the "establishment".  He also thinks that statins are not good and can cause alzheimer's disease.

Oh yes... the good news is that the shots were manufactured in many many different facilities ,  and if "conspiracy theories"  are once again correct,  the thousands of batches produced were often very different.  That is why there were pockets of population where results were more catastrophic.

from Sasha Latypova's research :  "I queried VAERS data many times over 2021-2022 using historical data from seasonal flu vaccines lot-to-lot as a comparator.  Right away it was obvious that the difference was astounding: covid injections had 15-41 times more serious adverse events and 40-152 times more deaths per lot.  Even more troubling was the incredibly high lot-to-lot variation for covid shots compared to the flu vaccines, even after adjusting for the lot sizes in doses. It is expected that for a product manufactured in compliance with the cGMP all manufacturing lots will have very similar rates of adverse events, very close to zero, and that held largely true for the flu vaccine data.  In contrast, the covid shots varied roughly 1000% lot-to-lot.  Some lots had very few reports, and some had 5000-6000 reports, including 1,000-2,000 serious reports and hundreds of deaths.  The variability was not explained by the sizes of lots, nor by any normal demographic data adjustments such as age or gender of the recipients. It was clear that the manufacture was recklessly uncontrolled."

Not good if the data is correct.  One Abbot Laboratories executive remarked, "The one thing we've learned from history is nobody learns from history," when commenting about pandemics and vaccine development.

Fact Check: No evidence for vaccine DNA risk raised by Florida Surgeon General

I'll see your big pharma propaganda ...  raise and call..

... with real news :coffee1:

Found in both Pfizer & Moderna ...

Here's another with disturbing info ... which I'm probably not allowed to link.  Simply Google one of the quoted statements below, if interested in the info.  IMHO and IMHO only, I believe the potential harm.

And ... Medicinal Genomics is partly funded by NIH & Department of Energy: Funded researchers in the United States as part of the Human Genome Project.

A lot of 'geno' interests ... really, gene therapy was the furthest thing from their mind.

... "Kevin McKernan, founder of Medicinal Genomics, described the findings as a “bombshell,” and warned that DNA fragments might overstimulate the immune system, potentially “fueling cancer growth.”...

... "World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines state that a single vaccine dose should not contain more than 10 nanograms of residual DNA. The study, however, found levels in Pfizer’s vaccines exceeding this limit by six to 470 times."

Safe & Effective ... :cheesy:

COVID-19 Vaccines Have Not Been Shown to Alter DNA, Cause Cancer

October 26, 2023

SciCheck Digest

"Small amounts of DNA from the manufacturing process may remain in the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines. Purification and quality control steps ensure any leftover DNA is present within regulatory limits. There isn’t reason to think that this residual DNA would alter a person’s DNA or cause cancer, contrary to claims made online."

...

"A spokesperson from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration told us in an email that “no safety concerns related to residual DNA have been identified.” The spokesperson added that “with regard to the mRNA vaccines, while concerns have been raised previously as theoretical issues, available scientific evidence supports the conclusion that the minute amounts of residual DNA do not cause cancer or changes to a person’s genetic code.”

A spokesperson for the European Medicines Agency — which helps regulate medical products in the European Union — told us via email that the agency “can confirm that we have not seen any reliable evidence of residual DNA exceeding approved/safe levels” for the Pfizer/BioNTech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccines. Nor is the EMA “aware of scientific evidence showing that the very small amounts of residual DNA that may be present in vaccine batches could integrate into the DNA of vaccinated individuals,” the spokesperson continued."

VAERS and plasmid DNA “contamination” of COVID-19 vaccines: The nonsense continues

This week, a new preprint made the social media rounds falsely claiming a correlation between “contamination” of COVID-19 vaccines with plasmid DNA and VAERS reports of adverse events. How does its methodology stink? Let me count the ways.

October 21, 2023

...

The preprint being flagged as “concerning” is apparently McKernan’s followup to his original awful study of his that I first discussed in depth a few months ago and that led to followup studies that were equally bad by scientists like Phillip Buckhaults. I will agree that the study is “concerning,” but not because it provides support for the claim that mRNA vaccines are massively contaminated with plasmid DNA to the point that they can cause “turbo cancer,” Prof. El-Deiry’s post/Tweet notwithstanding. A quick read of the preprint, DNA fragments detected in monovalent and bivalent Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna modRNA COVID-19 vaccines from Ontario, Canada: Exploratory dose response relationship with serious adverse events, revealed many problems to me other than its having been coauthored by at least two antivaxxers, Kevin McKernan and Jessica Rose and abusing the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) database in a way that antivaxxers love to do.

...

In the end, this is yet another awful study that, even if taken at face value and assuming the methodology was valid and analyzed correctly, doesn’t show what the authors claim that it shows. Add the methodological questions and the lack of some key controls, and it’s not only not good evidence for harm from residual plasmid DNA left in COVID-19 vaccines, but it’s downright uninterpretable.

With this study, McKernan and Rose have joined the long, dishonorable list of antivax “scientists” producing bad science to support their antivaccine fear mongring going all the way back to Andrew Wakefield."

"We reached out to Kevin McKernan, an author on both preprints, to better understand his views. Rather than replying to our email, he posted a screenshot of it on X, formerly known as Twitter, and included responses there. McKernan, who has an undergraduate degree in biology, is the founder of Medicinal Genomics, a company that markets test kits and genomics-related services to the cannabis, hemp and mushroom industries. Love your posts @TallGuyJohninBKKand thank you for seeking out fact and science based information........however as can be seen there are a large number of anti-vaxx and conspiracy theorists on here who want to be seen and heard, for whatever reason (maybe they are just insignificant little people or just the gullible and "poorly educated").

Keep up your good work.

Yes, that is the explanation.
