Congress has not removed such disability

As Biden is still President, he could deny inauguration of Trump per Constitution as part of his official duties which SCOTUS said would make him immune from any charges....

The colorado supreme court is a state court and is unable to even make such a determination. Its ruling was close to be void ab initio.

The Colorado Supreme Court does have the authority to interpret and apply both state and federal constitutional provisions within its jurisdiction. 

 

However, in this case, the heavily loaded SCOTUS reversed the courts decision.

Caught in an ignorant lie again are you? Did not the Supreme Court hold that Congress enforces the provision not the Courts? Do you know and understand the text of the specific clause? By the way, didnt the DEI lefty judges concur in the judgement?
