And if your IO does not accept agents, what do you do then?

Use an immigration office that does accept agents, very simple.

Your experience does not match the many that have been rejected.

Through away lines such as "know their own date of birth date" etc are just wise cracks.

Online reporting has drop magnifying glass for auto fill.

The only field that may need changing is enter date in the event of overseas travel.

Your report was accepted and no immigration office was mentioned along with any travel abroad etc

No travel abroad and mentioned office many times. We only get to hear of the few failures from people who mess up the application in some way, the vast majority have no problem. But if you want to believe it's the fault of the immigration system up to you.

Clearly you have not followed the threads. Sometimes few threads are same time.

Countless reports of rejection.

My own experience included.

To think this is down to incorrect filling in of the online application is ludicrous.

As I pointed out there is autofill available using the magnifying 🔍 icon.

Also people can check the information.

The OP, was concerning CW.

Why bother with wasting time and money when its is so much easer to do it myself and combine the trip with a bulk shop?

A much simpler method.

It's actually you that's wasting money tying up the 800K requirement.

But jog on....

I have been using  the online 90 day reporting for a number of years. My TM30 is also 5 years old. I go to the UK once a year for 4 months and always return to the same address. Every time after my return to Thailand for my first report online it Has been accepted, despite numerous posts saying the first report after leaving Thailand and returning has to be done in person. This time I returned end of November. My first report is due around end of February, let's see what happens. My office is Jomtien (Pattaya). Never had any online reports rejected.

Assuming it was a similar time you travelled to the UK last year then you might just have got in before the rules changed.  I entered last year at the end of September and got 90 day approved online in December, but by a trip in March this year my online application was rejected.  Also Jomtien office.

Similar time frame for me. See what happens this year at end of February.
