Russian Tourist Stabbed After Joke Misunderstood in Pattaya
Looking at all the article in today's AN it seems like Stab Day. I'm hiding the kitchen knives from the strife in case it's a virus. -

Car Runs Red Light, Collides with Pickup Truck, Injuring 13
True... but the car still blew though a red-light and thus is 100% at fault. But, your comments are valid from a perspective of self preservation. Even when pulling away from junction on a green light, I think most of us look both ways as its not uncommon for other vehicles to ignore the lights or try and blow through so they dont have to wait. Another facet of night time accidents is visibility - many folk have poor vision, particularly poor night time vision which is worsened by a strong window tint, in this case it was also wet weather... late at night, tiredness etc... -

Mor Lam dancer sexually assaulted and pulled off stage in Isaan
Some men are closer to animals or wild beasts, and they just don't have a sense of respect for women. If it's pay for play then you're entitled to a little touchy feeley, but when it comes to absolute strangers, nothing but respect should be shown. -

Revenue Department boss calls on tax residents in Thailand to file 2024 returns by March 31
The article mentions the electronic forms P.N.D. 90 and Form P.N.D. 91 and states they can be submitted online. However I believe that is only possible 'online' if one already has a Thailand Tax ID Number (TIN). (And if someone knows better, please correct me on that). I suspect if one does not yet have a Thai TIN and one wishes to submit, then the one could fill in the forms (minus the Thai TIN), print them out, and take them to one's local Thai RD. .... ( and then 'maybe' sit for an hour or more while they try to figure out what to do with a tax submission from someone who has no Thai TIN). However I type the above noting tax year 2024 P.N.D. 90 and Form P.N.D. 91 forms are not as of yet (as of me typing this) on the Thai Revenue Department web site, so I make this post from how I understand the year-2023 tax forms to work (which require a Thai TIN, I believe). Again - I am not 100% certain on this - but that is my understanding (that a Thai TIN is needed). -

Beats me the US and the West kill millions bomb county after county most don’t speak English. Yet Russia defends Russian speaking people in a part of the World that used to be the capital of the old Russ and they are the bad ones. Oh how propaganda works so well. There was an incident where Ukrainian troops were surrounded by the old Russians. The Russian commander sent an offer or surrender. The Ukrainian soldiers replied “We are Russian we don’t surrender”. Oh and before anyone jumps in the “Putin friend BS” I was up against the Russians in Angola 1971 -
