Buying a villa in bangsean
I currently have a property in the south east part of Thailand , but visit bangsean regularly to play golf and enjoy the beach. Shortly I should have some spare cash available (5m Bhat ) and I am thinking about buying a villa in or near Bangsean. Not interested in condo , would possibly consider a house . What's the best way to go about this and find information about villa's that are up for sale in the bangsean area any assistance would be appreciated -

There is absolutely 0 chance the gov here has enough qualified tax agents that speak 30 languages, that know when any money remitted into Thailand was earned, and the complex tax treaties between the different countries! they can knock on my door too, but they won’t when they see 2 big pit bulls staring at them! it’s as clear as mud, so typical here…
