Have a mate also wondering if his pension payments from Australia taxable. Back months ago I think there was talk that Australia had some sort of reciprocal tax agreement with non liablity for tax on earnings outside of Thailand and also talk of money brought into Thailand was non taxable if tax paid in your own country.

I haven't watched this as I'm not Australian, but I reckon there is good information about your specific question here:
