This is ignoble and unprecedented: an government department created to protect its citizens against terrorism and gangsterism dedicating itself instead to getting its own citizens into trouble abroad. https://www.dhs.gov/topics/human-trafficking 1 1
fredwiggy Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago 37 minutes ago, spidermike007 said: It depends entirely on the nature of the crime, human trafficking, having sex with a 15 year old, sex of a non-consensual nature, these are relatively serious crimes. There are a lot of sex crimes which are not and yet the American authorities pursue them anyway. And very powerful and rich people who are involved in Sex and human trafficking are getting away with it and not being pursued, while little guys are being pursued for very minor and very petty crimes. The American authorities are way way overzealous when it comes to the pursuit of sex crimes, and while I agree that serious sex crimes should be pursued, minor ones are not worthy of the resources. The American justice system, no matter the troubles, is decades ahead of what goes on here. Human trafficking and sex crimes against minors aren't relatively serious crimes. They are as high on the list as you can go besides murder, and the damage they cause is almost as bad. They should be prosecuted with extreme prejudice with the highest punishment that's allowed. That's the only way they will lower the amount. Any sex crimes are worthy of resources. You let animals that do these crimes off the hook or with a slap on the wrist they surely will do them again. Put them away for years and they'll think harder before trying them again. The only thing that's true is that some are punished for minor crimes, like stealing and damage to property, harshly when others who do violent crimes are given much the same sentences. There was a time not long ago where people were jailed for 20 or more years for possessing marijuana, a drug which should have been legal all along, and some who intentionally kill others, a human life, are given 5 years. That's disturbed thinking by judges and prosecutors and they are the ones who need punishment. What sex crimes do you think aren't warranting punishment? 1

Likewise having photos on your phone or your computer of nude women of legal age is also not a crime and yet people are being prosecuted for it. Anyone besides teens who targets a 16 year old for sex is a disturbed individual, should know better, and should be punished harshly. You let them get a fine or suspended sentence they'll do it again and again. The consent age under 18 is from disturbed officials who are thinking as a pedophile does. I haven't heard of anyone being prosecuted for nude photos of legal aged girls, although in some countries anything goes as far as the justice system is concerned. Idiots in power makes many wrong things happen. 1
Yagoda Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago My understanding is that the US Govt actively chases paeodos in cooperation with the Police in Thailand and Cambodia. Big $$ are involved too.

Someone who makes a law that okays children having sex with adults is a very disturbed individual, and we have many of them in power. No doubt I'm a hypocrite? Another assumption. I've never been with any under aged girl in my life, and never will. It's called integrity and morals. People who say such things usually have something to hide and deflect.

cjinchiangrai Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago It would be illegal for foreign police to arrest people. They are probably the tourist police. Foreigners helping the RTP. More sensationalist nonsense from this perpetual clown.

Vodoo fem junk science, absolute rubbish, pack of lies spouted by femihags to keep younger girls from stealing "their" men (and parroted by beta-males who think feminism can protect them from alpha-males). 1 1

The overreach is spectacular and there are over 20 agencies that were formed specifically to fight terrorism which are now intruding upon the lives of innocent Americans on a dozen different levels. Every day. Heinous and mind boggling overuse of power and authority, and a waste of billions. 1 1

Actually just how it is, and alpha males, aka narcissists, are allowed to act like they do because of this. Beta males, who are the responsible workers and parents, run the world while alphas ruin it.Are you one of the ones who think it's okay for older adult males to have sex with 16 year old girls who aren't responsible enough to make such decisions? 1 1

Isn't this what they're supposed to do, protecting others from extremists who kill innocents? What exactly are these agencies? The waste of billions is building a wall that stops very little from entering, and making more weapons than we'll ever need.

There's a name for this self-defeating ideology: age cuckoldry. Meanwhile the gutless Western man is getting what he deserves: Higher and stricter age of consent laws that blackmail 99% men. Stricter and less proof for sexual abuse hoax laws that affect 99% men. Enormous funding for Anglo UN and NGO programs pushing feminism and restricting male heterosexuality. Government tyranny happy to use feminism for increased power. Male and female sexual jealousy. Female sexual marketplace sexual strategy (envious MILFs) Weak male sexual strategy of appeasing women to get laid. Hypocritical and pathological christian feminism and evangelism. jonbsails Posted 31 minutes ago Posted 31 minutes ago ICYMI.... The USA, in order to fight the International aspect of child s*x trafficking, and p*dophilia by approaching EXTREMELY poor farmers, then pay the farmers money to "rent" their kid a night or 2. (especially in Camnodia) have some new laws. Which is terrific. These laws are not enforced in Cambodia or Thailand or Nam or Laos....but whenthese pervs return home to USA they have a little surprise waiting for them. The AHTJP ( Anti-Human Trafficking of Juvenile Protection), the LSHTSE (Law on the Suppression of Human Trafficking and Serial Exploitation) which are both under the CEOS (Child Exploitation & Obscenity Section) What these laws do is allow for a felony charge if you go to a foreign nation and do your dirty work there....IF you did ANYTHING to facilitate the commission of these illegal s*x acts abroad. cameras bought that were used to video , posting to "p*rn Hub, even buying ickets to fly to the country where you do these things. Once they catch you, it's your ASS! And they have agents who are ALL over the dark web, p*rn hub etc using AI to find videos of young ones.... then figuring out who is in the video, who posted etc. That's how ole Rugh James Cline got caught, spent 30 months in a Cambodian prison, and got extradited to the USA where he faces 120 years. I am sick of the armies of pervs who think they can just drop in on a poor country like Cambodia, toss around a few dollars and destroy lives, then go home, safe and sound....immune from any prosecution.... if the SEA police miss them they think they are free. What I found is...offer these same people a little cash, and they switch sides pretty quickly! A cpla telphone calls....and imagine getting off the plane in Los Angeles, going through customs, and ending up in handcuff!!! The USA and its citizens are the number one consumers of illegal s*x with minors and younger. I am sick of it. I wanna lock these scumbags up for as long as the law allows.
jonbsails Posted 13 minutes ago Posted 13 minutes ago For the "list goes on" person.... that doesn't mean we don't fight it. And kids having s*x with their peers is NOT what ANY of this is about. Unless there is an unwilling partner that is just growing up..whether in Switzerland, Sudan, India or the USA. We are talking about adults who transgress. And frankly I do not GAF what reasons one may have, or some sociological discussion that dances all over it , and then arrives at a pre-conceived abstract. Adults ...stay TF away from kids. PERIOD! No heart to heart talks about "alternative" lifestyles, no "buttons or flags" that invite curious kids to ask questions...NONE OF THAT <deleted>! THAT is GROOMING! I was in HS once, and I can NOT believe what we allow in our classrooms now. All those rainbow glasses, and the pride flag, and the Pride MONTH when people who DIE for this country of America get a SINGLE DAY! We give them a day.... that's it. No more marches/parades with that weird <deleted>. DSo it on your own time in your own private spaces. NOT our public roads to groom our children. IDGAF ....keep this <deleted> away from the kids. When they turn 18, they can do what they want, without any previous indoctrination into a culture. Just leave them alone. How difficult is that, to just leave children OUT of your perversions? Have all the bars you want, pee on one another in your own bath tubs, show your new tits in private, have an entire room full of porn in YOUR house but keep that <deleted> OUT OF SCOOL libraries. PERIOD! Just like alcohol... adults can't just have freedom to share anything they want with young ones. There are restrictions. You dumbasses don't even realize how angry some parents have become.
Patong2021 Posted 7 minutes ago Posted 7 minutes ago 20 hours ago, Andre0720 said: https://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/national/rcmp-sting-endangered-canadian-in-thailand/article992277/ Senior RCMP officers who approved an undercover operation that lured a Quebec man into buying heroin in Thailand have acknowledged in recently filed court documents that the project was conducted with no concern that it would put a Canadian citizen in danger of getting a death sentence from the Thai authorities. The court documents filed in a Quebec Superior Court civil suit also show that the RCMP mistook their suspect for his drug-trafficking twin brother when the force's undercover agents went after him. The man the RCMP targeted, a drug addict with no previous criminal record named Alain Olivier, was sentenced to death in a Bangkok court. He later received a Thai royal pardon, and his sentence was commuted to 40 years in prison. Now back in Montreal on parole after eight years in a Bangkok jail, Mr. Olivier is suing the RCMP, saying he was unfairly ensnared in a sting operation. Code-named Deception, the scheme has been controversial because undercover RCMP Corporal Derek Flanagan died during a botched drug purchase in Chiang Mai. Mr. Olivier, who had arranged the transaction, was arrested and handed over to the Thai police. Transcripts of examinations for discovery were filed in court this week, including the deposition of former chief superintendent Frank Palmer, who, as officer in charge of federal operations in Vancouver, was one of the senior Mounties who approved the operation. Mr. Palmer retired in 1997 after reaching the rank of deputy commissioner of the RCMP. "It didn't bother you about bringing a Canadian citizen to Thailand to be arrested in Thailand for a crime you knew carried the death penalty? That didn't bother you at all?" Mr. Olivier's lawyer asked Mr. Palmer. "No," he replied. The conviction was in 1989. The person was a junkie. Yes, unfortunate, but his case against the RCMP was dismissed because he was not credible and could not substantiate his allegations of wrongdoing. January 8, 2008 Superior Court of Quebec -Action dismissed. January 17, 2013 Court of Appeal of Quebec -Appeal dismissed. November 7, 2013 Supreme Court of Canada - Closed file for Leave of Appeal. A case from 25+ years ago has no relevance anyway.
