Can anyone tell me a better culinary combo than this?

Featured Replies

1 plate Larb moo, spicy little bit.

1 plate Nam tok, spicy little bit

1 plate fried beef with chili sauce

1 big beer of your choice.

Is that as good as it gets or what?

  • Sounds terrible.   Fat, oil and booze are not good, especially for old men. A grilled piece of Salmon, veggies, and water sounds much better.

  • Dog poo on a stick would be better than any of those.

  • A grilled piece of Salmon, veggies, and water wine sounds much better.

You never talked about it having to be a Thai dish.

Start eating better quality food and take a happy pill

Grilled swordfish, baked potato with cheese, chives, black pepper, or yellow rice, asparagus spears, oysters on the half shell and a California Chardonnay.

yellow rice

Is that anything like yellow snow? I was told never to eat the yellow snow.

Thai beef is usually tougher than old leather.  Substitute some Gai Yang for the beef and you've got a winner!

It's rice with turmeric, saffron and sometimes annatto. Pretty tasty.

Papaya has good meat tenderizing enzymes, it will solve the leathery component of your next chunk of beef.

Virtue signaling about virtue signaling? That’s a good one. But don’t worry, I’m not virtue signaling—I’m not that special.
