truthfix Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Hi Guys I have a Non-O visa and might be out of the country when my next 30 day report is due. A friend mentioned this will void the visa, is that true? It wouldn't be a case of upon returning, a passport could be shown and then you start the process of actually being in Thailand to commence with the 90 day reports again? BTW... I know it's Thailand so I have no presumptions regarding this. Thanks for your responses. 2
NoDisplayName Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago The 90-day report is done when you've been in the kingdom for 90 days. If you leave before the due date, you don't report. Clock resets when you return.
Goethe Posted 26 minutes ago Posted 26 minutes ago The 90-day report has nothing to do with your permission to stay. They are quite separate matters. Since you are out of the country when your 90-day report is due, there is no requirement to report. You report only if you are still in the country. When you return to Thailand, a new 90-day period begins. (Your arrival date is day one.)
