Today, I picked up some steak at Makro. Two labels on it, a price for chicken ( cheaper ) and a price for beef. The checkout chick scanned the chicken label, even though the steak was clearly visible.

 

Stopped at the door, wrong price paid on the receipt. One form generated to refund my money, give back the steak. Then another receipt after I paid the correct amount.

 

20 minutes of faffing around. Just as well I didn't buy ice cream.

Makro ..Pranburi,,  they check every freakin line on the receipts

Makro Hua Hin ,,    they never even look..  just stamp it

It's very rare I would have a dump outside the comfort of my own place. I guess that would apply to most people.

 

After a dump, I dry my butt with toilet tissue. Then I use soap, water to clean my hands, before drying with a towel.

 

I trust this is not too much information. For me, being in a crowd in a country that just uses reams of toilet paper is TMI, all those imperfectly cleaned @rses. Filthy.

If you're rich and powerful....yes. if you're poor and don't know anyone with influence.....most things are not so easy. Moral of the story; power and money grease the wheels over here.

I get everything done here that I need and I never need to grease anything except my frying pan before I drop the raw eggs in for breakfast.
