Hello,

I have a retirement visa (Israeli passport) and I need to report (first 90 days report)  to immigration for my 90 days period ending. What happens if I don't report and leave Thailand 20 days after the 90 days report is overdue? Will I have any problems in the airport leaving Thailand? Any other unpleasant issue possible? Could I enter again in the future  with visa exemption or regular tourist visa? (not planning to use the retirement visa anymore)

Thank you!

Nothing happens at airport on departure.

Zero problem leaving Thailand.

Yes.

It's not clear what you have referring to "retirement visa"

Do you have a Non O that provided 90 day stamp or you have 12 month extension from the Non O or possibly even a Non O-A?

You will not have any problem leaving.  And assuming you are leaving without a re-entry permit you won't get any problems returning.  Only if you have any future business in an immigration office could they possibly fine you for the non report, but it's a minor issue in any case so not worth worrying about.

Confused.

In this attached thread you are outlining visa exempt entry and another thread... border bounce.

Now you have a "retirement visa" ?

Sorry, I was asking this question on behalf of a friend - so 'I' refers to the person asking the question.

Your friend will have no issue exiting Thailand in regards to 90 report.

Also provided he does not obtain a reentry permit will have zero issues entering visa exempt or SETV in future.
