Until the last few years that is, when it all changed and for reasons that were never explained to us, all previous thinking was incorrect and you could suddenly self-identify as anything you wanted along with an additional 72 genders.

I do not think so. The Intersex meaning is speculating about being transgender. But really the definition states a physical problem like have ovaries but no opening to them or producing menstruation but unable to expel it monthly.. Or an enlarged clitoris. If a baby is born with a Intersex physical problem then they will be medically diagnosed as male or female and surgeries performed as a baby to fix the problem allowing them to lead a normal life. You can not fix a transgender since it is a mental health issue. Just like you can not fix a sadist or child molester. Their problem with identity is not physical. 

The groups advocating for these people are surely not happy they lost their money and freedoms to enter toilets of the opposite physical sex. The HHS is doing the right thing. The OP is clearly trying to create controversy over this when there is none. 

Sure any individual should have the freedom to dress up any way they want to and have any operation they do choose. But this all must be an individual thing only. It no way should be institutionalized. Ie.  the XX and XY are the only definitions that determine genders in legal terms. No mixed locker rooms, restrooms or any other mumbo jumbo in order to gain some kind of legal or financial advantage. Having same sex marriage , fine that's s personal choice.

To say biology is not about science but is just a distraction is simply absurd. As for it being a "biological truth" it's not and I've never seen it said this way . It's a fact. A biological fact. As for division this sits firmly in the woke corner.

As I clearly stated biology/science isn't a "truth" it's fact based on evidence and the scientific method. As for inflation and cost of living Trump's only been in for a month. Inflation and cost of living as it is is down to the previous administration.

Not a good example to choose. They're called 'sao praphet sawng' in Thai - literally 'women of the second kind/category/type'. So even Thais draw a distinction between real women and ladyboys.
