DOGE employee cuts fall heavily on agency that regulates Musk’s Tesla

Is that your way of saying you were wrong?

As I said, DOGE does not have statutory authority for fire people.

DOGE asks Trump to fire them, and if Trump agrees, Trump gives the order to fire them.

This is how I understand it from the get. The lawsuits were just the left saber rattling.

Most of the lawsuits are just delaying/discrediting tactics and will be thrown out in lower courts.

Some will go to the Supreme Court, most will go in favor of the Administration, some won’t.

Everything is being done legally and constitutionally.

So he an advisor. Does Trump usually follow his advices?

Do his competitors give "advices" to Trump on who should be fired?

Make no mistake, Musk is the leader of DOGE, but he reports to, and serves at the pleasure of the President.

And given he isn't paid, no severance pay.

And since the Supreme Court ruling, the President can confiscate his wealth, declaring it an Official Act. Half a Trillion would be very handy in addressing the national debt. He'll soon figure out how to make it back, he;s a very clever man. And its not like he has an expensive lifestylle, what with his crappy clothes and stuff. See you in court Elon. What, you don't have any money for lawyers now? What a shame.

Steve Bannon was sacked essentially because he tried to claim the credit for the 45th President's 2016 win. Musk's powers as a soothsayer are not infallible. He predicted by 2020, self driving taxis would be a common thing, that by 2022, buying a car without autonomous driving would be like buying a horse. I suspect Doge will not save as much money as expected, or rather the money saving headlines will be overshadowed by disasters such as planes dropping out of the sky due to lack of air controllers, imports piling up at the docks, Brexit style, due to lack of customs inspectors, VA cripples out on the street due to closure of a hospital etc. The savings will generate extra inecessary costs.

The body language stinks. Who was in charge that day. Not the President, who was physically repelled by a small child. Make no mistake. It wasn't a bring Your Son to Work day. Elon used the child as a prop to send a message (though ironically , Musk can, as usual, hardly string a sentence together).

More nonsense allegations about my nationality. Even if my views differed from many commentators known to be Americans, you still wouldn't have a valid point. But they don't. You do have something massive to back up your claims though: fanaticism.

Its OK, we see every time you post who supports theft from the taxpayers.

No: true translation is your too lazy to look at the  truth so you deflect because you have no facts to support yourself.

OK. Here you go.  No lawsuit against Trumps executive \orders will succeed. None of them, save the birthright citizenship, have any legal merit, and even that issue has merit only because its unsettled.

So tell me which one you think will be successful and why.

Trump is on the hook to the New York courts for over $600 millions. Sooner or later they will wish to collect. Musk has cash. Make no mistake, he is not going anywhere.

New York has been trying to collect, but the case is on appeal, and given how ridiculous the charges were, and how poorly the case was conducted by the state, it does not look like they will see a penny from Trump. He could end up suing New York.

Musk doesn't care about Tesla anymore.  If he didn't, he wouldn't be upsetting Tesla's mostly Democrat customers by turning MAGA.  I expect Tesla's sales to continue to decline.

I think he is more interested in getting trump to end all regulation on space X so he can get to Mars.

In simple terms, Musk gave Trump's campaign $288 billion (by the Washington Post's reckoning), which got him over the line, and so is calling the shots on the government.

You are just spewing a blatant lie.
