What milk in warm room

Recommended Posts

I always use regular "Cow milk".

Now I don't have fridge in hotel. I never tried these new milks from almonds etc.

What would be similar to real milk and how long they stay OK in warm room?

Thanks.

Most of the alternative milks are not refrigerated at purchase.   Just check the markets they have oat, soy, almond on the shelves in small and large cardboard type containers not refrigerated.  Probably buy the smaller size so you can dispose after consumption.

Are saying when I open one I can't store it in warm room at all?

I use it to oath meals & coffee so I buy a littre at least.

I would go with 'Thai Danish' UHT milk, and the 250ml size, as you easily finish one at a sitting.   Or a bit more 'hassle', maybe milk powder, and mix as you need.  For powder, 'Dairy Rich' is quite good.

Not a fan of other milks, and would only drink cow's milk, hence those 2 choices.

Check the box, it probably says, "refrigerate after opening" or something similar.  Almost anything with protein in water needs to be refrigerated after opening.

If the OP just wants coffee, buy tins of it with milk already included, such as Nescafe Latte.

The smallest six-pack of milk in cardboard is another option.

I use Dairy Rich for all that needs milk. It's fine.

Yeah.... but not here!

I've paid 900 - 1350 PHP/night. Can't complain. Just pd an other week.

Very cheap and good location. Red Planet Makati Avenue.

I'm looking an other solution; A woman who has given birth recently 🙂

Since I'm already paying for 2 she can move in or come by when I need fresh milk...

I drink almond milk nowadays.  I actually prefer it over cows milk as it doesn't leave that coating on the tongue that cows milk has but has a clean finish.  Goes great over granola in the AM, and I drink my coffee black.  Seems to last forever unopened and then in the fridge for months.

Are you a long-term stay at this hotel?

If so, just buy yourself a mini fridge to keep things cold.

The cheapest one on Lazada is only 600 baht.
