If he was that serious he would have just gone ahead and did it last month. He's just playing the big guy and wanting to act clever. But it's doing harm to America's repuation around the world as a competent partner. 

 

Or the markets may well just look at it as trying to get through the next 4 years.

lets see how the maga bunch likes it when their 401 k  continues to go way down along with perhaps their house value while groceries and gas and all the other things go up up and away...let's see how they like if their food stamps medicaid/medicare and social security is all screwed up...how about a nice trip to a national park where campgrounds are closed or dirty because not enough employees...lets see if they enjoy the prices of most of their prescriptions going up.....all of this while their personal info and records is opened up to a billionaire and his teen age mutuants to do with as they please...lets see how they like saluting putin and possibly watching him next move on other countries that he decides to invade...will they finally realize that they got conned yet again by the man who promised to fix everything in a matter of days?  Maybe but a lot of them will drink another gallon of kool aide and try and figure out how it is all biden's fault.
