U.S. President Donald Trump has the capability to broker peace in the Middle East.

He will accept bribes to pursue American interests.

Egypt will probably finance the biggest wall in the world and security to keep Palestinians out. For whatever reason they aren't well received.

the Palestinians don't need to look for other countries to live, simply because they have their own already!

None of this really means anything, since Egypt is not prepared to take in any Palestinians, nor is Jordan or any other country for that matter, since they are universally disliked throughout the Arab world.

Trump is just making noise, throwing out garbage proposals, and kissing Bibi's butt, as usual.

Actually, if Jordan and/or Egypt cooperated in ethnic cleansing of the Gazans (or West Bankers), their populations would be incensed and the stability of their regimes threatened.

There seem to be inaccuracies in this story. The total amount for Gaza cleanup and reconstruction is set at $53bn. This includes the construction of 400,000 dwellings.

The Arab League of 22 nations unanimously adopted the Egyptian proposal. US and Israel rejected it. The plan is to seek the approval of the OIC (Organisation of Islamic Cooperation), comprising 57 members.

Nothing works with Hamas still in place, no solution by the Arab League on this of course its refused. Next

I’ve lived and worked in the ‘Arab World’, I’ve never once come across any expression of this ‘universal dislike’ of Palestinians.

That despite opinions on that particular part of the Middle East being frequently expressed.

They won't come out and admit it and when the Palestinians are persecuted they will scream and rant about it. But, how many countries are offering to take in people from Palestine? How many offers have you seen so far to embrace the Gaza refugees? Zero. That is how beloved they are in the Arab world.

Israel does not want a solution to this problem, if they did one would have happened a long time ago. Neither does the US, apparently.

I wonder then how you know what they won’t come out and admit?

The people of Palestine have a home, it’s called Palestine.

There is no need to make refugees of these people.

I completely agree that there's no reason that they need another home. The only two reasons are that Trump wants to evict them from their homeland so that he can build a five-star Mega Resort, and Israel has always wanted to get rid of them, and will never, ever agree to peace. They are warmongers.
