Thailand Poised for High-Speed Rail Revolution Linking Three Airports
They have a lot of boxes to check to pull this off. 1. Designed for efficiency 2. Speed, and sustainability 3. Cost of Operation 4. Cost of Maintenance 5. Affordable to Customers 6. Quiet, Comfortable, with food and drink service. 7. Time tell completion ( Last thing you want is to waste so much time building the technology and rail specifications have changed. Let's all go to temple and pray they pull this off. Especially completing the line Nahkon Ratchasima in the next 5 years. -

Could Trump's plan fail in a spectacular fashion?
What Canada does is not a concern of the US. The only concern for the White House now is the United States. America first, remember? There will always be recessions. There have been recessions in the recent past and in the distant past. No doubt there will be recessions going forward, though it is far from certain the current NASDAQ falls will cause a recession in the US. However, beefing up US aluminium and steel production is the right thing to do for the USA in the long term. It has been shown that depending on other countries for key economic items is not a good place to be. -

IPTV Buffering
Nothing wrong with the resolution. I use Smarters Pro on a Galaxy Tab 10+ and use SmartView to beam it to a 55" TV. Sorted! -

I need names of visa agents in Pattaya
Mot herself is fine, but the English guy who usually answers the phone doesn't know his gluteus maximus from his elbow. A few years ago I asked him about getting the visa stamp transferred from my old passport to a new one and he insisted that I had to go to the British Embassy in Bangkok to get a letter confirming that the new passport was genuine. I told him that they won't issue those letters any more, I had a copy of the notice from the embassy saying so, but he was adamant that he was in Immigration every day doing these visa transfers and you have to have a letter from the embassy. So I just went and did it myself, free of charge and with no problems or requests for a letter. That was when I started getting sceptical about using agents, they claim they know everything but are often poorly informed, so I mostly do everything myself again nowadays. I also saw on another forum that Maneerat was giving people incorrect information about the requirements for the TM30. I knew the info was wrong as it didn't agree with my experience and it was also confirmed in a topic about TM30's on the Visa section here on AN. Maybe if they put a bit of effort in and bothered keeping themselves up to date on the latest developments I might be willing to hand over 5K or 10K Baht, but not any longer as things stand. -

Thailand Updates Rules on Unregistered Cohabitation as Marital Status
No Australian government will not recognise a marriage in Thailand unless it is registered. I have performed weddings in Thailand as a registered Marriage Celebrant (Australian). many of my couples would request a small ceremony (10 minutes ) with 2 witnesses containing legal requirements for Marriage in Australia to be registered.
