No one ever have been fined for vaping in Thailand. They can try to fine for something else indeed, such as illegal import if they can prove it you did, but then charges must be made by customs not  police. Usually it's just extortion.

Unfortunately, there have been famous cases in 2017, 2019 and 2023 of tourists being fined, jailed and even deported for vaping. In fact, the laws allow for a fine of up to 30,000 THB and a jail sentence of up to 10 years.

Not at my watering hole, but, they are very considerate, they lug on the stuff outside, as the landlady has been warned about smoking at her premises, even gave her wall stickers...

Lucky. No one I know can get hold of anything including from FB contacts. I guess if people have a stock of juice and are using reusable vapes they'll be fine for now.

There used to be a bloke come round selling it, not seen him for a while, but they are getting it from somewhere, one bloke has been vaping for a few years now.

 

But, I have not seen a policeman for many years in my area, except our lad, I will ask him the vaping situation...☺️

Have you even read what you are posting?  These links leads to usual extortion cases and unclear charges.  I suggest to consult with lawyer who deals with this if you don't understand how law works.

What laws? I can write 100 years,  that doesn't make it law.   References on your mentioned cases and says exactly,  extortion and unclear charges.

Nonsense. There is nothing about above mentioned fines. Better listen to lawyer 😅
