Hi all, 

 

We're looking for a plumber with expertise in fixing water pump and pipe vibration problems in a condo building (not a house). Water hammer from the pump and also excessive vibration in the pipes into/near our unit. Some English communication skills would help as it's not a topic my Thai-language skills are up to. 

 

We also have a problem with septic tank smells coming into the unit at certain times of day, so need someone who can investigate which part of the septic tank ventilation system is at fault. 

 

Just to note, the condo Juristic Person and the construction company seem unwilling to sort out these issues, so we may have to deal with them ourselves.
