I would suggest that it is YouTube geo restricting the videos and not this site,try using a VPN.

Lots of things you can't do living in Saudi Arabia, best you relocate. 

 

Worked offshore Saudi, hated it, staying the night in a hotel, I could not enjoy a glass of wine with my steak before crew changing following day.

Since you have admitted on another forum that one of your luxuries in life, whilst living in a small town in Western Australia, is a $10AUD cask of wine, I would say your internet is too slow to stream.  You need to buy a faster package.

Try reading again. Do you call a city of 2 million small? And the price of wine is 14 AUD for a cask of 5 litres.
