Trump is a guy who had the genius to be born rich. He got several hundred million from his father who was a highly successful builder of big real estate projects. His son ran that business into the ground. Then he ran several other businesses into the ground. The reason was that the great negotiator repeatedly got outnegotiated by paying way too much for what he bought. Finally, his credit was so bad that NY Banks refused to lend him any more money.

Granted, he received money from his father.  Is that a bad thing?  Many do.

 

But he transformed that into his billion dollar empire to include Trump Towers and Mar a Lago just to name a few.  Along with some failures as every successful businessman has experienced.  Even George Soros.
