Yeah, I know one nutritionist I follow was saying eat the majority of calories earlier in the day. So you have the entire day to burn them off. Makes sense. Except when I'm not eating in the morning, I guess the body is living off of stored calories anyway. 

 

Also, in the evening, there are more food options available. There's people grilling meats everywhere after 5 PM. More options available. So more convenient to not eat cheat meals.

I eat 1 meal a day (lunchtime).... never go to bed with a belly full of food.

I think some people simply do not get fat as easily as others due to genetics, but it doesn't necessarily mean they're healthy. Being slim is one indicator of health, but not the only one. My father was never fat but still had heart issues. So some people are deluding themselves. They think because they're slim their diet is perfect. 

 

In a way, I'm lucky I get fat easily. Because my body is warning me something is off. 

 

 

i guess that's one way to interpret it, i get yearly blood tests to check I'm still on track. If i eat too much and the wrong foods, too much drink, I'd get fat 100% guaranteed, so don't use that as an excuse

eat more fat, nuts, avocados, just things with more fat in, shouldn't take long

I researched one meal a day and decided it's not enough and settled on 2 now. 

Maybe not enough nutrition ie protein for example can be absorbed in one meal.

it's one of many issues that nutritionists disagree on, so I won't push you. but I decided 2 might be better. 

there's a lot of conflicting information in nutrition.

5 meals vs 3 vs 2 vs 1. Doubt it matters over a year. Just total volume.

Eat when I'm hungry, usually before noon, 4-5 pm, 8 pm.  Snack in between if wanting.  Just don't eat after 8 pm, till that noon ish meal, which is fat & protein.  Followed by a walk.

 

Also a walk after the 4-5 pm munch ... like now, dog is staring at me.   Time for her to take care of business before settling in for crappy torrents 🙄

You're confused, the reason people eat at night is they haven't eaten enough during the day, probably have poor eating habits, skipping meals, binging, body doesn't know what's going on. Will you ever learn?

So, doctor Scuba, says the obesity has nothing to do with genes, hormones to digestion capacity. Will you ever learn? That is the question????????
