Hi gentlemen,
I visited a Royal Enfield dealership to check out the Meteor 350, but unfortunately, they only had the Super Meteor 650 available. The seller was kind enough to let me sit on it, though I didn’t actually ride it. It felt quite large for the handlebars, but the overall build quality was impressive. The gear shift and rear brake seemed well-positioned. The fuel tank felt massive, and the bike itself seemed a bit heavy. Despite that, I left the shop with a positive impression and rode back home on my PCX 125.

I was also undecided about buying a new Honda ADV 350, but again, it’s a scooter, and I just don’t feel the joy in riding scooters anymore. I’m 56 years old, and I think I’m looking for something with a bit more excitement.

At a red light, I spotted a Forza 350. It was very quiet, but honestly, it felt a bit dull to me. I didn’t feel much excitement riding behind it and stayed back to listen for any noise. Overall, I think I’d prefer a motorcycle.

I’ve also checked for spare parts on Lazada, including filters, brake pads, battery, and air filter. I intend to do light maintenance myself, including valve spacing. The only thing I don’t enjoy doing is changing tires or chains, but I think my garage can handle that if I bring in the spare parts.

My plan is to ride to Ko Samui, and I think having a Royal Enfield motorcycle would be more fun than a scooter for that trip. Do you think I should go for a second-hand Meteor 350? Any advice on that?

Get a RE 650 constellation and not only iz the trip gonna be more thrilling x10, but you could sell it without any loss in the future.

BUT... I would still stay, if your hearts on a 350......go for it!!!! Still a damned good machine....😊

PS...no, I'm not implying you'd suffer much resale loss on the 350, at all! Au contraire!

I love my Forza and recommend it, but for a motorbike in the type and cc you're looking for, also check new Triumph 400 range, maybe a used one in close price range..., have you seen the RE Meteor 350 power hp, compare the weight and power with Forza 29hp or Triumph ...!
