A notable issue highlighted is the problem of election campaign signs, which are often seen obstructing views and posing potential safety hazards.

But will be tolerated.

It is expensive to put business signs up outside business premises. You gotta pay rent to someone be it buses, council property etc. So why should they be allowed to advertise free away from their business. Fine them or have them pay rent following safety passes.

This made my day!

You do not enjoy the aesthetic charm?

Never drove through Walking Street in the bright morning light? :cheesy:

The police and the politicians ordered shop owners in my area to free the pavements from food carts, flowerpots, commercial signs, tables, chairs, benches and other stuff so people didn't have to walk in the streets. This was 3 years ago, nothing happened, still the same. Welcome to Thailand!

My area is full of election promotion boards particularly on corners where they get in the way for driving!
