Istanbul Accord initialed by all parties. Ukraine gives up joining NATO.  Ukraine demilitarizes, de-Nazifies, and becomes a neutral state.
US via Boris Johnson blew up the agreement and promised to supply weapons and money for "as long as it takes." US and NATO now work toward the military and economic destruction of Russia and the breakup of the Russia Federation.

Russian conditions for concessions from Ukraine based on conditions on the ground to end the SMO:

"Zelensky will meet with Putin but bad Putin only sent insects and orcs to negotiate." <three hour meeting between Erdogan and Zee> Zee: "Ok we'll meet at 3PM, ok 5PM ok 6PM, sod it, Friday morning at 10AM" <Zee gets on jet and leaves> 

May 16th 10AM to noon:
Two hour meeting.  Both side agree to exchange 1000 POWs. 
The West and NATO and Zelensky: We won't give up an inch of Ukraine! Germany will build the largest army in Europe. France will put nukes in Germany and Poland, the UK and EU plan to go to war with Russia by 2030. And "Russia Is Losing The Conflict Badly and Russian Economy Is In Ruins!!!. Russia must agree to a 30 day ceasefire so that NATO can pour weapons into Ukraine and retrench.
