The alarming mental decline of Donald J. Trump -- watch this space

For years people were saying Joe Biden was in mental decline.

One particularly disastrous performance at a debate sealed his political fate.

Well, now Joe Biden isn't president, but Donald J. Trump is.

Guess what?

There's a problem.

A big problem.

Not with Joe Biden anymore but with Donald J. Trump.

He is noticeably getting much worse.

Be clear no two mentally declining people decline in the exactly the same way.

But for those that didn't want Joe Biden to have so much power because of his mental decline, be honest, why is it rational to want Donald J. Trump to have that power?

He's just at the beginning of a four year term so his mental state is going to be getting a lot worse and it will never get better.

Hopefully, the country is spared from him serving the full four years. He's already done so much severe damage in a few months.

So I'm starting this threat to MONITOR the journey of the mental decline of Donald J. Trump and it's impact on the world.

It will be relevant as long as he's president.

Yes, Biden was old. But Trump's mental decline is alarming | Opinion

Is Trump in mental decline? He sounds far worse than Biden ever did. | Opinion

Trump seems to know little, and he has grown increasingly incoherent and rambling, often wholly detached from reality.

Maybe He is just trying to say to you something like: "Guys, I'm too busy for all this nonsense of Western political theatre.. Sorry, I would better spend my time checkmating Putin and Kim in Ukraine."

Trump's mental decline is not new! GOP politicians are complicit. They have hidden it for years!

Swap "Trump" for Biden and you are factually correct for once. Other than it was the collective left that tried and failed to hide it.

Joe was mentally declining before assuming office, and you ignored it.

Technically your response is gibberish. But notably both you and "candide" lack any understanding of dementia, even though you are both apparently at opposite ends of a political spectrum.

No one is "complicit" in or causes dementia. Its a range of syndromes that really start with changes in your brain in your 30s. We all suffer changes in our mental acuity as we age, mostly due to changes in brain vascularisation. If you are a smoker, these come on earlier, Then drinkers. Long term exposure to pain, such as through arthritis, also can cause changes in parts of the brain associated with how we react to oain. This can cause delusional behaviour. Cancers in other parts of the body can also cause symptoms, For instance, its not uncommon for someone with bladder cancer to exhibit dementia-like symptoms. In fact, many urinary infections impact our behaviour and memory recall. I have utter sympathy with anyone with dementia. With the right support, people with dementia can remain active and make a contribution to society.

Biden’s “mental illness” was a part of the war named “deceiving the enemy”.

The idea was to make Russians think that America is too weak so not an enemy at all. This was working quite well for almost 2 and a half years.

I have seen a sharp mental decline of some members here over the past 5 years. It always amuses me that people with an average age of probably 70 go on about people getting old losing their marbles.
