Vance would need to get nominated first to be running against a democrat. He's got the charisma of a bowl of cold porridge.

Sure, follow the process.

Any top picks for a DEM candidate who might win. There will be no incumbent so it's all wide open!

Sadly the average MAGA supporter finds his pathological lying one of his major strengths...

We are all pathological liars, so we can relate to it.

Yes Trump has bigly charisma.

Typical of cult of personality authoritarian dictators throughout history.

It's not at clear yet whether there will even be a normal midterm election in 26, much less 28.

If there are, it's way way too early to know what the political mood will be at that time so good picks will be dependent on that later time, not the past.

But do you like leaders with charisma or don't you?

You're tripping up all over yourself.

Also, "dictatorship" and "authoritarian" are vague terms ...

Technically, Singapore has an authoritarian govt , but they have good lives ...

Singapore Leads the Good Life Under a Benevolent Dictator

Singapore has achieved the American dream, but not in the American way. It is a prosperous, clean city, with imposing skyscrapers and glittering shopping centers. The multinational corporations of the world are welcome here; you can buy any brand name you’ve ever heard of. The highways are lined with tropical flowers and crowded with BMWs. And at the head of this thriving free-market state is a clever, socialist dictator.

I support that the USA remains a constitutional democrat republic. Other countries are free to do things their way.

And in whose mind is it not clear there will be a normal midterm election?  Oh right the same minds that claimed W Bush would not step down when done.  And Trump would not leave office when his first term ended.  The drama created in the minds of some is astonishing.

Biden, the mentally incompetent fool claims Kamala lost the 2024 election because of "sexism". Mental decline had everything to do with the democracy spouting democrats to throw Biden out of the election and installed kamala, who lost due to "sexism". Biden=dementia. Trump = WINNING!

For years people were saying Joe Biden was in mental decline.

One particularly disastrous performance at a debate sealed his political fate.

Well, now Joe Biden isn't president, but Donald J. Trump is.

Guess what?

There's a problem.

A big problem.

Not with Joe Biden anymore but with Donald J. Trump.

He is noticeably getting much worse.

Be clear no two mentally declining people decline in the exactly the same way.

But for those that didn't want Joe Biden to have so much power because of his mental decline, be honest, why is it rational to want Donald J. Trump to have that power?

He's just at the beginning of a four year term so his mental state is going to be getting a lot worse and it will never get better.

Hopefully, the country is spared from him serving the full four years. He's already done so much severe damage in a few months.

So I'm starting this threat to MONITOR the journey of the mental decline of Donald J. Trump and it's impact on the world.

It will be relevant as long as he's president.

Yes, Biden was old. But Trump's mental decline is alarming | Opinion

Is Trump in mental decline? He sounds far worse than Biden ever did. | Opinion

Trump seems to know little, and he has grown increasingly incoherent and rambling, often wholly detached from reality.

You’re still not over Harris’s loss.

Have you considered alternative methods of dealing with your loss?

Trump doing what he can to end the war in UA, the same war Biden refused to stop and instead kept it going for as long as possible. Who's the mentally incompetent loser that uses war to keep the DC war / military complex machine in the profit zone. The only thing mentally challenged Biden was good at was corruption as the head of the biden crime family.

Trump is president.

We're definitely NOT lucky.

Look on the bright side. It could have been a lot worse!

Take it easy. Singapore is just one large island city, fortunately occupying an economically  strategic location.

Nice place, as places go, but there can be no direct comparison to the USA.
