Just me.  Can't remember the last time I talked to a foreigner in person.   Since leaving Udon Thani about 8 yrs ago.  Or even had the opportunity to, since I don't frequent where they go: bars, farang managed restaurant, or farang catering tourist hotel.

 

Thinking about it, just the Brit sales rep, for our solar installation, if that counts 

 

I don't even find that strange.  Initiating conversations with strangers, simply because they are not Thai, I would find strange.
