Polished off the rest of the pulled pork, with a side of scrambled, or is it my usual scrambled eggs w/side of pulled pork.   Only cooked the eggs for a bit more substance, and the dog is also on the eggs w/dog food diet/lifestyle.  Keeping with the low sugar lifestyle, and not a low carb lifestyle.

Choose your carbs wisely.

For breakfast

Overnight oats 80/100 gram (in the fridge) with milk or water or both depends how I feel, add 3 scoops ensure gold protein powder, 1 banana, sometimes add a dutchie high protein yoghurt sometimes have it later. Coffee after.

I am still in recovery mode so need the protein, got the overnight idea from something on the Internet. Too lazy to make porridge and it's too messy, still get the oat fibre.

OK carry on with lunches now.

Think my new 'go to' brekkie, as quest to get my ruffage into the diet.   Couple sunny side up w/Maggi atop a bed of fried veggies; tomato, r/g/y peppers, onion and emphasis on some cabbage.

Change the 'theme' up now & then, hot sauce or grated parmesan, etc 😎

Look more like plaa rahh , which is not fish sauce and causes liver flukes

https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7126829/

we'll agree to disagree, its a fish sauce/condiment in our house, Sold by the bucket load in the market....

Pla ra (ปลาร้า) differs from other fermented fish sauces in several key ways, including its ingredients, texture, fermentation process, and flavor profile. Below is a detailed comparison:

1. Ingredients

  • Pla Ra: Made with freshwater fish (e.g., snakehead fish or catfish), salt, and rice bran or roasted rice powder. The inclusion of rice products is unique to pla ra and contributes to its distinct aroma and flavor.

  • Other Fish Sauces: Typically made with saltwater fish (e.g., anchovies) and salt, without the addition of rice products.

Home fried potatoes ( last nights left overs )  with onion and diced bacon on wholemeal bread topped with 2 eggs and a little melted chedder.

If you like the tops of your eggs cooked just add a teaspoon of water into the frying pan then put a lid on top. The steam then cooks them.
