Alina Habba has fire in her eyes!

It was a genius move to take her out of

the cozy WH  job of legal counsel of the Potus and appoint her to  US Prosecutor for  NJ months before !

Law Enforcement must of expected  trouble brewing in NJ ,as

they were preparing the detention  center in New  Jersey to house illegal violent  migrants.she’s a radical dem  caught up in sympathy moments for the oppressed.

The videos show  her  body bumping

,elbows shaking & pushing federal agents.

Should be  interesting to see the leaders of the dem party who have been dogwhistling  “ take it to the streets “ next move.

NB this is not the Rep. McIver case:

Judge criticizes DOJ for ‘worrisome’ and ‘embarrassing’ blunders in arrest of New Jersey mayor at ICE facility
Magistrate Judge André M. Espinosa granted what he called the “embarrassing retraction” of the trespassing charge following a May 9 incident.

NEWARK, New Jersey — The “hasty arrest” and swift dismissal of a trespassing charge against Mayor Ras Baraka “suggests a worrisome misstep” by interim U.S. Attorney for New Jersey Alina Habba, a federal judge said Wednesday afternoon.

U.S. Magistrate Judge André M. Espinosa granted what he called the “embarrassing retraction” of the misdemeanor charge following a May 9 incident at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Newark that unfolded in a tussle between federal authorities and three members of Congress and resulted in the arrest of the city’s Democratic mayor, who is also running for governor.

Espinosa said an arrest is a “severe” step, not part of an investigation, and he said prosecutors must not try to secure convictions at all cost, satisfy public clamor or advance political agendas.

Newark mayor sues Alina Habba for malicious prosecution
Ras Baraka accused Alina Habba of seeking to politicize his arrest.

Newark Mayor Ras Baraka filed a lawsuit against interim U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey Alina Habba on Tuesday, accusing her of malicious prosecution over his arrest outside a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility last month.

The suit seeks compensatory and punitive damages and is against Habba and the Department of Homeland Security special agent who Baraka claims unlawfully took him into custody on May 9 at Delaney Hall, where he was joined by three members of Congress for what they said they intended to be an inspection of conditions at the detention facility.

"The false Affidavit was made with malice, particularly seeking to assure that the evening news included videos of the Black Mayor of Newark, New Jersey being led away in handcuffs by federal officials," the lawsuit said. <SKIP>

Habba posted on X Monday night in response to a report on Baraka's planned lawsuit, writing, "My advice to the mayor - feel free to join me in prioritizing violent crime and public safety. Far better use of time for the great citizens of New Jersey."
