Where do you live that there are roads like that? I have had two flats in the 25 years I've been here.

How much tread is left?

Not sure about Cockpit, but I know if you buy the tires at B-Quik they'll come out and change it for you.

Is the spare the same brand/size as the blowout?

That's good to know.   Great service!

That's dangerous tyres at that age. Toyota will not rotate mine if over three years old.

Car dealerships always pull not rotate crap.  Honda  never rotated mine at 40k, I went bonkers at them, they trying to get me to buy tyres, still 20k to the legal depth marks. That was last time they serviced my car.

My tyre people rotate and rebalance front when ever I want 100bht.

Think 12 years old tyres I would change if doing highway speeds.

Around the village or local max 80 kms I wouldn't worry.

A blowout would only be a problem for a rookie driver

I currently have Firestone fitted for first time replacing Bridgestones. Very happy way they wearing. Nearly 30k and look like new. Regular rotation helps heaps

When I had taxis I rotated. Every all cars every week and maintained tyre pressures.

Used own compressor and quality air guage. Servos all over the place with air gauges.

Those "ribbles "on the tire shouldnt be there, already shows something is/was wrong, maybe from other time.

CAnt see clear, but profile looks bad, shallow cuts of tires, so worn out tire?

Maybe your alignment of the car , all 4 wheels, isnt correct. Should be checked, aligned

Maybe your suspension is bad.

Tires with the rims are always also trimmed when you change, you lost the weight on the rim?

That one is hammered on to the rim. If gone, you are out of balance.

Just some thoughts
