Life of a sexpat is all fun and games until you are one of the 600,000 known, known, aids victim.

You are more likely to get drug resistance gonorrhea or syphilis. If you're not engaging in homosexual (butt) sex, your odds are pretty low.  Still, back when I was still enjoying the delights of the more youthful variety of Thai women, I worn condoms.
Now - married and monogamous.  I had my fun back in the day.

A example of pi ss poor knowledge, PrEP isn't an antibiotic

I used the term antibiotic interchangeably with antiviral. I realize there is a difference. Unlike gay men I'm just not up on latest sex disease therapies

Moreover, appears the side effects potentially *only* liver, kidney and nerve damage at this juncture. Immunity only if already contracted HIV. While the drugs have been available and studied for some years impact of decades of ingestion are unknown

With caveat, I stand corrected

My concern in Thailand was twofold

Bisexual men

Ladyboys and hetro men (bisexual men)

They pass it to the female hookers and you without a condom have a serious problem.

I think this risk far greater in Thailand than random sex with some middle aged vietnamese woman at Suki's Silky Massage Parlor in Houston Texas

Apples and oranges

What beer would you recommend to keep HiV away ?

Also, what dosage would be needed ?

Five bottles ?

Just two will prevent most sex diseases in males

Insert accordingly

It is not mutilation. You don't agree with the practice, so just leave it at that. No need to invent idiotic claims.

Are you even aware that  there are multiple circumcision techniques and methods?

The red-pill community has long denounced circumcision as male sexual mutilation, and rightly so. I'm not surprised that men should overwhelmingly support their own mutilation while condemning female's though. Men are such white-knighting self-defeating fools.

There's no reason to suppose genitalia as per at birth to need "cutting" in the case of men, and not in the case of women. Why should men be born flawed (and not women)?

Who is condemning female circumcision?

I bet you they have less HIV also.

By far one of the biggest expat lies.

Most don't.

Seems to be 6/10 admitting it.

And 4/10 denying it.

4/10 surprises me to be honest.

Sounds like you are clueless about your girlfriends body count.

Thai women are known to be in the top promiscuous of the world.

Risky business.

Any will do.
it is the volume. If you drink say 5 liters of beer then that is 5 liters of flushing.

It would as effective with water or wine but I never drink 5 liters of water or wine.

Yea, and Trump says shining a black light up your butt will cure Covid 19 as well as a good dose of intravenous Clorox Bleach. Flushes that Covid right out!

I have had more women than you have had hot dinners.
The truck is with women to keep it simple, otherwise it confuses them and gently but firmly mansplain when necessary

  Ah right .

So, you drink lots of beer and that flushes all the HIV out .

When you take a pee, all the HIV gets flushed out with the wee .

Can you drink the beer the next day , like a morning after pill ?

Was she a virgin when you met her?

And if she wasn’t did you take her take down to the clinic to get her tested first?

She could have anything.

That is the question.

By the time I had done all that, some of my lower region would have lost interest!

No, they would need be absolute idiots. The biology of heterosexual and homosexuals are identical. Homosexuality is a fetish, there is no gay gene.

That would not be me. Unfortunately, all people having sex outside of committed relationships are at risk.

I'm surprised no one has suggested hydrogen peroxide down the urethra is the way to stop STIs

The blue listerine that the Thai prostitutes use is to reduce STIs

They don’t use it to make their breath smell good.

One such study, published in the journal Sexually Transmitted Infectionsin 2017, looked at whether gargling with Listerine could be an effective way to reduce the risk of oropharyngeal gonorrhea (gonorrhea of the mouth or throat) among males who had sexual contact with other males within the previous 12 months.1

What the researchers found was that the male participants—all of whom had N. gonorrhoea in their mouths, as evidenced by oral swabs—were 38% less likely to have any trace of the bacteria after gargling with Listerine compared to those who gargled with plain salt water.1
